Look up people like ronny colemon on roids and see the difference . This guy is obviously not on roids . Simply eat your bodyweight in protein , take whey , creatine , vitamins , drink a gallon of water a day and have a good routine . You'd be amazed at what you can do

saw almost 20 mins of your "free presentation" felt it was quite real the first 10 mins and then just bla blabla blabla... but i will try your sets and see for myself before more acuseing (sry for bad english, it is not my mother language). my training is twise a week (just started) and i do 5x (5 x 10) half sitting benchpress, 5 sitting, onward to shoulder 5x pulling down, 5x pushing up sideways. 5x sitting, pulling biseps, 5x bar, 2x 5x triseps excersises. (before all this 10 mins warming up)

I think theese are great, love that you do entire musclegroups instead of one muscle. Would like you to go more into detail on every exercise- simple mistakes, how to position and angle the weights and that kinda stuff though.
I would not advice you to do these exercises if you're not experienced in how to perform them, and don't forget to stretch your muscles, and back. These exercises are easy to strain and injure your back, so don't overload and proceed with caution. Great routine though! Keep making great videos!

@DanWeinbrand It's just an efficient way to collectively work various sections of shoulders. I mean, if you work out, without a doubt you will gain muscles and train your endurance. Moreover, by the stress of non-stop exercise, you'll receive cardio training benefits as well.

I was always wondering, those side lateral raises, I noticed a lot of flex in your lats also, do they work the lats too? or am I seeing things? because I have broad shoulder, without the lats, I look sorta skinny necked my lats are so small, if these work the lats, I'de love to use this excercise more.
@brandongunn77 Yes it works your traps, rhombs and rear delts. I'm assuming you mean traps, which are the muscles that lead up your neck. Your lats are mid-back/side. :)
I'd be throwing in another day, think best way is one on one off, for an hour like your already doing working two muscle groups, I would also do some abs as well as being skinny you won't have much body fat, also if your looking to bulk up 5 small healthy meals a day, not gonna happen over night so work hard
hey mike, I ve worked out to the point where my left shoulder is now much smaller than my right shoulder and now what do i do? All the shoulder exercises seem to be for both shoulders at the same time.
@SuperAnaton I'm not Mike but... dumbbell exercises can be used to target only one shoulder at a time, or you can adjust the way you grip that bar so that more of the load is transferred to your left shoulder, rather than holding the bar so it hits both shoulders equally.

Mike, what's the best way to warm up in general, i mostly do, despite i know you and Dan never do, the treadmill, crosstrainer or the rowing-machine, but i still do them very intense but in such a way i do warm up (i don't start very intense, and after a certain i amount of time i crank it up and just repeat this)
Hey mike, I'm 15. Just like that kid up there. But I work out alot, and don't get alot of results? I eat 3-4 meals a day. I have plenty of protein, I don't really want to have hug arms. But I do want to have definition, and still a litter bigger. Would more push ups work? Because I do about 50 every 1-3 days. And I also do about 75-100 crunches every 2 days; along with 40--50 squats 1-4 days. What should I do to get body definition, larger arms, and more defined abs.

shoulder exercises are very dangerous if you dont use controlled perfect form , if you try to do this exercises nice and slow , without moving your head and your body like a tipical gym-clown that want impress (stupids) people, you probably stop after your first rep , make a video of it come on...
@nosfab90 Yeah, I used to use bullshit form and was doing 115 lb shoulder presses. After a bit, I strained my back. When I came back, I had to use perfect form because of pain, and realized I can only do 45 lbs with proper form. Now, I don't care, I'll be the guy doing 45 lb shoulder presses, because I know my form is perfect.
@jakestryker35 Answer: don't use them at all. If you depend on steroids to artificially pump up your muscles (and gain almost nothing in the way of true strength), then obviously your routine is not working for you.

I was always wondering, those side lateral raises, I noticed a lot of flex in your lats also, do they work the lats too? or am I seeing things? because I have broad shoulder, without the lats, I look sorta skinny necked my lats are so small, if these work the lats, I'de love to use this excercise more.

@brandongunn77 Yes it works your traps, rhombs and rear delts. I'm assuming you mean traps, which are the muscles that lead up your neck. Your lats are mid-back/side. :)

I'd be throwing in another day, think best way is one on one off, for an hour like your already doing working two muscle groups, I would also do some abs as well as being skinny you won't have much body fat, also if your looking to bulk up 5 small healthy meals a day, not gonna happen over night so work hard

hey mike, I ve worked out to the point where my left shoulder is now much smaller than my right shoulder and now what do i do? All the shoulder exercises seem to be for both shoulders at the same time.

@SuperAnaton I'm not Mike but... dumbbell exercises can be used to target only one shoulder at a time, or you can adjust the way you grip that bar so that more of the load is transferred to your left shoulder, rather than holding the bar so it hits both shoulders equally.

ive tried spending my life at the gym like you, its crap, i admire you for all your hard work and progress but this is definitly not for me, i am absolutely unable to gain muscle, even if i take protein and follow six strick meals a day

Mike, what's the best way to warm up in general, i mostly do, despite i know you and Dan never do, the treadmill, crosstrainer or the rowing-machine, but i still do them very intense but in such a way i do warm up (i don't start very intense, and after a certain i amount of time i crank it up and just repeat this)

Hey mike, I'm 15. Just like that kid up there. But I work out alot, and don't get alot of results? I eat 3-4 meals a day. I have plenty of protein, I don't really want to have hug arms. But I do want to have definition, and still a litter bigger. Would more push ups work? Because I do about 50 every 1-3 days. And I also do about 75-100 crunches every 2 days; along with 40--50 squats 1-4 days. What should I do to get body definition, larger arms, and more defined abs.

@Thed00dwiththeawesom It's going to be because your body isn't producing normal adult levels of hormones. You might have no choice but to wait a couple years until your body starts generating higher levels of hormones.

hey Mike...iv been workin out 4 about half an hour nd i startes seeing unproprtioanl pecs, they would however seem slightly the same but my right had more muscle in them than my right, same with my biceps, i would really appreciate it if you can make a video about that..I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP

shoulder exercises are very dangerous if you dont use controlled perfect form , if you try to do this exercises nice and slow , without moving your head and your body like a tipical gym-clown that want impress (stupids) people, you probably stop after your first rep , make a video of it come on...

@nosfab90 Yeah, I used to use bullshit form and was doing 115 lb shoulder presses. After a bit, I strained my back. When I came back, I had to use perfect form because of pain, and realized I can only do 45 lbs with proper form. Now, I don't care, I'll be the guy doing 45 lb shoulder presses, because I know my form is perfect.

@jakestryker35 Answer: don't use them at all. If you depend on steroids to artificially pump up your muscles (and gain almost nothing in the way of true strength), then obviously your routine is not working for you.
