  • hey scooby1961 i really need your help i don't have a exercise bench, so i do my chest work out just flat on the ground. will that help me to have a good chest like yours??? p.s dose cardio help to get a good chest??? please HELP..

  • I'm not scooby but you can do dumbbell press with out a bench. You can try doing it on a low table or a swiss ball (medicine ball)

    To get a good chest you need to do various different exercises that exercise all the muscles of the chest. Dumbbell flyes, dumbell press and pushups would be a good start.

  • You still can come down to 90 degrees with your elbows on the dumbell press for maximun results without straining shoulder.

  • Well, probably both but my focus is building muscle. Powerlifters train differently for strength, I plead ignorance there. I admire powerlifters but with my joints and back, I'll never be one.
