hey scooby1961 i really need your help i don't have a exercise bench, so i do my chest work out just flat on the ground. will that help me to have a good chest like yours??? p.s dose cardio help to get a good chest??? please HELP..
I'm not scooby but you can do dumbbell press with out a bench. You can try doing it on a low table or a swiss ball (medicine ball)
To get a good chest you need to do various different exercises that exercise all the muscles of the chest. Dumbbell flyes, dumbell press and pushups would be a good start.
Thank you for your straightforward and informative demonstrations. Your advice concerning the lowering of the weights would have saved me from previous shoulder strains. Thanks again!
Well, probably both but my focus is building muscle. Powerlifters train differently for strength, I plead ignorance there. I admire powerlifters but with my joints and back, I'll never be one.
Thanks for posting more videos. Your segments are incredibly helpful and inspiring. You've turned me onto a whole new home fitness regimen with nice results. Look forward to more!

You still can come down to 90 degrees with your elbows on the dumbell press for maximun results without straining shoulder.
