Sounds a lot like the Schecter Loomis C7 sig, just a lil cheaper made. Or a lot lol. Not bad though you can tell when you turn the fx off you can get that sort of scratchy shred sound. What I like is that there is a balance of frequencies so maybe good for multitracking.
I own both, saying one is "cheaper made" is just foolish. One is Japanese while the other is Korean, however the craftsmanship of both is up to par with many more expensive 7s.
Having a single EMG 707 humbucker in the bridge position, it's not really designed to produce any warm tones. It's a great guitar but I'd advise you change the pickup to something more versatile like the Nailbomb from 'Bare Knuckle Pickups'. I'm changing the EMG to a Seymour Duncan Blackout.
not all amps are tube amps...transistor and valve are both types of TUBES in a tube amplifier. an amplifier is either tube or soid state. and if it is tube it is either valve which is most common and in m opinion better or transistor which is cheaper and more compact i believe

Is this guitar okey in order to play solo with a warm sound even if it as only one pick ?
I have a Randall RG50TC which is a tube amp.
