  • Hi there. My 7 year old daughter was just diagnosed with nearsightness -1.00 and -1.25 with astigmastism in both eyes. I do not want to just throw her in a pair of regular eyeglasses without atleast trying something alternative first, even if it means dietary changes also! Im curious what you suggest for her. An eye exercise plan? Should I purchase these pin hole glasses and can she use them everyday while watching cartoons? Also, when you gave up your glasses, what was your prescription?

  • @guestaccount26 I am not a doctor and only share my personal experiences as a healthcare practitioner who uses these methods myself as well. Do not misconstrue this info as medical advice. In my practice I know we can make an instant changer in vision. Nothing is impossible.

That said, I have no clue what my prescription was. Interestingly I lost 2 pairs of glasses while on 2 different trips —two different prescriptions. Clearly both losses were powerful messages from the Universe.

  • for my personal recommendations please send a private message.

  • @geekforlifevandc The fact is prescription lenses will deteriorate your vision by how they work with your eyes, You will have to buy progressively stronger lenses as time passes. With the pinholes maybe that will not happen.

I do not give medical advice or advise people on this matter. Try them and see what you experience. Test yourself energetically to see if they are optimal for you at this time. Notice how you feel when wearing them and honor what you feel and experience.

  • @geekforlifevandc when I bought the glasses I stopped wearing prescription glasses. The exercises in combination with the pinholes strengthened weak eye muscles and yes my vision totally improved.

When I spend too much time reading I have vision problems sometimes. The pinholes work better for me than my prescription lenses.

  • @geekforlifevandc If it hurts when you put on the pinhole glasses do not wear them. I test myself ( and clients) before buying anything. Your spirit will never give you inaccurate information.

I have not met anyone who had eye pain wearing the pinhole glasses. And I only had one person tell me they do not help. Do what feels right in your gut. MAybe wear them just a few minutes one day and add minutes over time. I do not know what is right for you.

  • my eyes hurt when i wear these anyone else experience the same thing?

  • can u please send me the instructions?

  • @geekforlifevandc I have been trying everything I can think of to direct you to the video I made January 9, 2011, a demo of the exercises to do while wearing the pinhole glasses. That comment with that link will not go through. Please send me a message so I can reply through my youtube inbox.

  • Ohhh I read alout I order mines from Amazon.com I hope to improve my vision.

  • @Uthsygirl IF yours do not come wit eye exercises to improve your vision let me know and I will send them to you - or maybe make a video for you!

  • @Uthsygirl Thank you very much, if not even I have for my family coming up next week, is that already buy, I even made jokes about them, because I asked not only explain so they are ... but I promise to write on receipt, it is more! if I can I will make a video of how to receive and XFAVOR helps me really want to avoid the use of lenses and care for my view, work over 10 hours with the computer and read a lot. Happy Holidays

  • @Uthsygirl Cool. Wear them for 2 hours a day and do eye exercises to work your eye muscles. Important for you because of all the reading computer work you do - look up and away every 3 minutes. And get up and walk around very half hour. May seem odd - your eyes work with your body muscles.

    Happy holidays to you too.

  • I love your accent!

  • Pinholez for the win! Let them rule the world!

  • sorry but does it affect my recovery when i am using the pinhole glasses and at the same time wear my prescripted glasses as i am a student and i don't really think that they will allow me to bring these to school

  • I am not a doctor so do not take this as medical advice.

When you wear prescription lenses your eyes are forced to focus through the center of the lens. Therefore your eye muscles weaken over time causing you to need stronger and stronger prescription lenses. If, for some reason, the school would prevent your taking optimal care of yourself then wear them when you are not in school. This is your life.

    Whatever you do--is your choice.

  • I've been using them daily for about two weeks now :)

I was wondering how long it was before you started to notice a difference in your eyesight? And how long did you practice with them every day?

  • As soon as I put them on I can immediately see better. I still wear them--12 years later--when I read a lot or work at the computer. They kept my eyes from deteriorating and I no longer wore prescription lenses . .

One thing that has not changed is wearing them prevents eye migraines. I generally wear them two hours a day and do the exercises that came with them. anything to use your eye muscles rather than let them weaken so you will need ever stronger prescription lenses.

  • That's wonderful that they have helped you to the extent that you don't wear your prescription lenses :)

When was it that you noticed you started seeing better without the pinhole glasses as well?

Mine unfortunately didn't come with exercises :(

  • I would also love to know if they have helped you :)

  • They most definitely helped--especially when doing the eye exercises that came with them. MY problem is more my eye muscles taking too long to change from near to far. So when I do not exercise my eyes ( which the glasses automatically do) I actually have pain in my eye muscles which causes blurry vision.

9 out of 10 people who tried my pinholes had immediate improved vision--while wearing them.

  • hi has it helped you so far? have you gotten rid of your glasses? how long do you wear them for?

  • I have been using them for 10 years and I did stop using my prescription glasses for very many years. In fact, I just got glasses recenbtly and only wear them when I need to read all day long--but they actually are not better than the pinholes.

  • They do have depression, I have experianced that with them. Anyhow, do you still use them and have they improved your eyesight ? thnx

  • How can you be sure the pinholes caused the depression? How did you control for other variables? How long did you wear them?

I am healthcare practitioner, very familar with the multitude of possible causes of depression--most of which are unknown to the general public--which is why there is so much misdiagnosed depression.

I recommend getting tested by a kinesiologist to be sure.

If the pinholes cause depression then wouldn't sunglasses also cause depression by blocking light?

  • beware, you can get really depressed wearing them due to some lack of light comming into your brain

  • Why do you say that? I have used them for many years with no depression. You don't wear them all day long. IF that were the case, wouldn't people who wear sun glasses have depression?
