Well, they sell makeup remover wipes at Cosco, not expensive at all. They are easier and more effective than cream makeup removers, also they will last you a while. There are called Kirkland makeup remover wipes. Trust me, I'm a girl.

To avoid the eyebrow problem, just use a glue stick on 'em before makeup application. Make sure they're nice and flat and dry, then paint away. It will also blot them out, which will help with the whole "skeleton [which usually has no hair]" thing.
