Such a beautiful video :) i buried every chook i every owned, nearly 180 in total and everyone of them made me sad.. its so great to see your children so spirited by it all, and it was especially nice to see that the hen was comfortible when she died :)

aww, i just welded up. i know what its like, ive had various flocks of all different sorts, and am going to get chickens in about a month. its hard to say goodbye, but when you know you treated them right with the best care you could, its a little easyier knowing you did your best and they were happy and healthy all the way through. c:
