Lesson of the day: we NEED to upgrade that secondary. And yet the completely inept front office is going completely soft and not getting it done. Stuff like this still p.o.'s me. We owed Brett more than this. How I wish we still had Favre and Sherman and Rivera's beat up shell of a body. We owed it to Brett to do it his way. All this fancy "winning Super Bowls" stuff doesn't hold a candle to properly honoring a legend. Guys all flashy making determined 60 yd + catches instead of openly weeping for Brett being treated so poorly. @toolkien dude that is the dumbest rant i've ever heard. we just won a Super Bowl which we would have never done with Favre taking the snaps. Knowing Favre and his track record, he would have took us to the playoffs and thrown 3 or 4 INTs and lost us the game. As for Sherman, he just plain sucked as a coach and was not missed when he was fired. Be thankful that we won a Super Bowl and get used to the fact that Favre and Sherman were both replaced by better successors.

Packers have a great offense we have jennings and grant and lee but when we need him driver is always there we can always depend on that man to drive it into the endzone he fought four defensive players at the 3 yard line just so he could taste the sweet taste of a touchdown. He proved something that will put him in the hall of fame no matter how old how young how big how small if your heart is with the game you always got something to prove and he shows us that week in and week out
