  • have you sold this home yet?

  • Needs new siding but the inside has awesome layout but I would change a few things, put new carpet in, Vinyl siding, windows, shutters, stove, washer and dryer, and others.

  • Cool

  • I would also put brand new windows in the home that way all the windows are brand new.

  • The master bathroom needs tile not carpet after all that it will be nice.

  • Needs new carpet in Bedrooms, hallway, and living room, and then ceiling fans with lights in master bedroom, front bedroom, and living room.

  • Still needs new siding and a black stove.

  • Still needs new siding.

  • The inside looks awesome.

  • That master bedroom is huge.

  • It's nice but I would rather have tile and carpet , I am not big on wood flooring but still nice home.

  • id replace all carpet but still a great bargan :)

  • What flooring would you put in then?

  • Do you have a 16x80 2 bedroom 2 bathroom one bedroom on each side of the house, No front kitchen or living room i hate hallways in 2 bedrooms.

  • What a shame you can hear the horrible loud neighbors.

  • What?

  • @WisconsinRebals2010 What do you mean what? When you get to 1:50 you can hear shouting. I would not consider that a selling point.

  • Sorry I didn't hear that.

  • @WisconsinRebals2010 I guess it could be kids that just came to the site iwth the seller.

  • The home still needs new siding.

  • John Cena must of been there, get it.

  • @WisconsinRebals2010 hehe the wrestler?

  • Yes. The best part about these homes is you can move them anywhere.

  • @WisconsinRebals2010 I agree, although most mobile homes are only moved once in their lifetime.

This one is in Kentucky and land is pretty cheap there right now. It actually costs about the same to move it as you would pay for one acre of land. But it's a nice way to live within your means.

  • I wonder why land cost more in the small towns and in the bigger towns it's cheaper.
