court assigned a temporary guardian for her & she is a "ward of the state" no longer having power to determine her own OR control her own finances! tragic & disgusting. APS has made her caregiver out to be dangerous through lies & innuendo so they can take her and "protect" her. All was fine until APS intruded into Evelyn's life. Evelyn knew what she wanted and still does: to live at home with her caregiver.
