Keep it up man, i'm learning uke too and just bought a mahalo as a starter, any serious complaints about it? Mine hasn't arrived yet.

@SkateForEnjoiment After having it for awhile I wish it had more sustain. Mine really is a nice beater though. Currently saving up for a another uke. One made of koa.

jeez the volume is to low and if ya turn it up you get more noise than melody XD

I've had two of these- the first one sounded very nice but the pickup was bad. I exchanged it and my new one doesn't sound anywhere near as nice. I find mine goes out of tune often (ie every 30-45 minutes of playing). After nine months of this I'm looking for a replacement.

Second that you should play these Mahalos before purchasing. Some are good, many are not. Nice review!
