I taught drums to myself. I learned everything I know how to do on drums from a simple beat to a gravity blast, But rock band and guitar helped me learn different feels and beats I could variate to make my own.

@JohnCarloA Well, personally I don´t view GH (or RB) as any more than a fun game you can play with friends, when you´re bored. Of course I think it´s quite awesome to discover a song from a group or singer you like in the game. Otherwise I don´t really pay that much of attention to it.

But if GH can help make a certain artist(s) more famous (I´ve noticed that f.ex Lacuna Coil has been getting more well-known after RB and GH featured some of their songs), then I only view that as a good thing.
