also my water dragon gets along very well with dogs. and for all those people who think its a terrible idea, it COULD be yes but if your cat and water dragon have the right personalities they WILL get along. i have pictures and videos to prove it
i have a chinese water dragon and a kitten, my water dragon is 2 years old and my kittens only 5 months but they love eachother, they always cuddle and play and my cat never uses his claws whenever hes playing with her. sometimes my water dragon does try to bite him though, but only if he seeks up on her!
people he obviously knows how to take care of his water dragon they go thru stress just by us touching them in the beginning and obviously his cat was tame enough to handle it only suggestion is he should have waited till his wd was a bit older. i have a cat and a wd and im trying to get them to get along they havnt met outside of tank yet but wd isnt afraid of the cat i think its the other way around
You have no idea how stressed out that chinese water dragon was from that. And no matter how friendly you think the cat is to him, cats instincts will ALWAYS prevail and you will have a horrible situation on your hands.
