How? Taylor was always there for Ryan, mark me thumbs down, but Marissa was constantly bringing drama into Ryan's life and taking him for granted (eg. Oliver and Johnny). She only wanted him after she pushed him away. She brought out the worst in him too -Taylor was bubbly, eccentric, adorable -everything Ryan needed (esp after Marissa's death) she brought out the best in him:).
No she was a freak. But I mean i just personally don´t like her. I loved Marissa from the start and yes her life was very dramatiq. But I will allways think marissa and Ryan was meant to be. And Taylor is so annoying. Oc toatally changed in season 4. And I personally didn´t like it. :)

I agree, people don't like Taylor and Ryan only because Marissa and Ryan was how it started out I guess, but Marissa was constantly feeling sorry for herself and bringing drama into his life. Where as Taylor -who had an even worse mother (in my opinion) than Marissa, never let that as an excuse to become so self-destructive and such a drama queen. Taylor also always seemed like she had a solution to any problem and DEFINITELY brought out the best in Ryan -mark me thumbs down but it's true:).

you know I think Ryan would have been attracted to Taylor because Taylor would have become his female confidant when he needed someone to talk to about Marissa and he would have found himself liking Taylor more and more for her humor and wit, I see Taylor giving him advice on how to once again...
