They don't end up together at all, really. They hook up briefly in s3 and then it's over just as quickly as it began. But of course the writers teased us for years they'd end up together! Have no fear, tho!
Really good video! Okay so I just started watching "Lost" on netflix and I'm only on like the ninth episode. Can someone please tell me that Kate and Sawyer don't end up together for very long (I seen on some youtube videos there is a shipper for them) I don't like Sawyer and them together is blah.
