I'm just starting to explore youtube & was horrified to see you saw my fukov performance of Killers/Human in the White with "Gogs" earlier this year! Worst thing is I had no ideaBrian was videoing me arsing about with Gogs-Had I known, I would have made a more serious effort but I was just larking about here! Hi there, I dont profess to be a good accordion player really, im self taught with with it along with al my other instruments I play (keyboards, guitars, button accordion, whistles, mouth organ & mandolin). I am a big fan of your dads music, but I wouldnt say it sounds nothing like it... its played on a different scale and has been shortened to work as part of this medley, but thanks for the comment anyway... as for the bass, I didnt use it because I had bass recorded in the keyboard backing

Hi Jim,I have a CD available locally in the borders,"searching for promises" and Nicola's Waltz/Border Hills is a track thats included on it.I achieve the doubling effect by simply by doing a little triplet of notes with my fingers when the pattern of the tune allows, and the backing is one I recorded myself using a yamaha PSR 740 keyboard. On the CD though I play all the instruments involved in the backing tracks, giving it a much more realistic sound. Let me know if youd like the album.
