  • Maybe your going a little too heavy.

  • holy crap dude and no belt? that impressive.. good work

  • I'd rather see 150lbs with proper form than 600lbs improper. But that's just me...

  • reverse power clean and press!

  • Why the fuck are you curling in the squat rack?

  • @PastorelloPowerTeam7 I say if you curl more than anyone in the gym can squat it is justified!

  • @strongmanjohn LOL!

  • @PastorelloPowerTeam7 y the fuck do u care? u dumb troll just comments and criticises cuz u has nothing better to do its not a big deal... thats not just for squats im sure if he wsnt allowed to do curls here someone wuld tell him.. u can squat in other places

  • thats his own body weight or maybe less lol

  • @A3znqaey lmao its 315 pounds lol id like to see you do this with your bodyweight oh wait youll just keep critiquing peoples videos to stimulate your feeble imagination

  • @305zachmia im 144.5 lbs i can curl 155 with form better than this. my physique rating is 8, my metabolic age is 12 with 6.5% body fat. im criticizing cause this is not as impressive as it seems?

  • @A3znqaey you're a moron this guy does 400 pounds over his head thats jaw dropping strength im lean and cut too this guys a fuckin beast your little 155 pound ass might be strong for your size but nobody would notice you until u get big and put big weight up im just saying this guy is very impressive hes obviously not training for bodybuilding theres a difference

  • @305zachmia its 315 lbs not 400 you do know that right? you do know that is a big difference. actually that is the difference between this lift being impressive or not.

  • @305zachmia and plus your the one who said you'd like to see me do this with my bodyweight and think that i'm a lazy fat pig.

  • @A3znqaey put your video up or please dont type

  • @jesusiscominglukbusy stfu lmfao ? do i need to put up a video for me being 145 lbs? LOL. stupid idiot. its not rare to be 145 lbs thanks. if i was 250 lbs of muscle then maybe i'll need to prove it.

  • @A3znqaey says the keyboard bodybuilder

  • @jesusiscominglukbusy i'm not gonna bother wasting my time with internet trolls like you. same old replies with no meaning of an actual discussion. if you thought this video was amazing, look at derek poundstone do 310x11 log press.

  • @A3znqaey not going to waste your time lol dude you have typed out your life story every time you reply trying to find approval.. now go to bed and cry yourself to sandman

  • @jesusiscominglukbusy dont see my life story anywhere buddy. and your very right, i'm not going to waste my time replying to you as you have no intent to converse. so cya and good luck to your future.

  • @jesusiscominglukbusy nor do you have videos on your channel so i wouldn't talk either

  • @A3znqaey nope i dont now die

  • We went from a huge cheat curl to a push press... WTF!!!!!!???

  • dude you could clean and sweep that. thats bad ass

  • This was all for a windup and you took the bait, good effort on the whole moral high ground thing though, keep it up lad.

  • @rob10868 lol ur suck a dick.

  • @rob10868 you're a fucking faggot

  • @rob10868 your a fag

  • @cod4JAY I know bro, when I see a dick I just cant help but toke on that mother fucker like its the sweetest cuban cigar known to man

  • lol easy to swing the weight up, i suggest you research correct form for barbell curl

  • @rob10868

I suggest you get off this guys back buddy and learn to read the title of a video before you criticize, CLEARLY the man said CHEAT 315 curl not STRICT 315 curl. Regardless, his performance was a sight to see and I'm sure most of us appreciate his strength.

  • @neodarkfall one of the first principles in exercise is if you cheat on form your only cheating yourself buddy, maybe you shouldn't overlook the basics before replying to me and making yourself look like an idiot!

  • @rob10868

you are the one looking like an idiot. you are criticizing him for cheating when he clearly states the curl is used with a cheating form. you are not cheating yourself when you cheat on heavier weights on exercises. Ever heard of a forced rep on bench press? Going all out and then getting minimum assistance to get one or two more reps will help you dish out maximum effort which will help you get stronger. Its worked for me and working for this guy

  • @neodarkfall you are an idiot, dick face.

  • @rob10868

your words mean nothing to me you are just jealous of those of us that push ourselves to the limit to get stronger because you will always be a pencil neck, 110 pound weakling or 400 pound fat ass

  • @rob10868 you are a fag.

  • @rob10868 fagfagfagfag

  • @rob10868 ffffffffffffag

  • The people arguing for pound-for-pound need to realize that the amount of weight someone can push or pull does not increase at the same rate that someone's body weight does. I mean...look at Olympics lifters: the Snatch record, from the 85-95-105-105+ categories only goes from 187-188-200-214, even though the record holder for the 214 weights 160 kilos while the one for 187 weights only 85. Since BW is generally correlated to size, that is a factor...bigger guys need to move it further.

  • u almost hit the fan...

  • you look beautiful

  • Strong retardation in these comments

  • good god man impressive, i feel like a belt wouldnt hurt in this situation

  • cheat curl or not thats impressive

  • lol @ smallfags bringing up fighting on this video

brb 130 lb faggot trying to throw a powerful punch at this guy.

  • somewhat impressive but not a curl that requires a different bar and the world arm curl record is 250lbs set by a 350lbs man.

  • youtube troll spotted in the background.

  • OBESE BY MEDICAL STANDARDS DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE FAT. ALL YOU FUCKERS TALKIN SHIT TO @cartmenkillsyou NEED TO GO KILL YOURSELVES.

OBESE BY MEDICAL STANDARDS JUST MEANS THAT YOU WEIGH MORE THAN THE AVERAGE PERSON AT YOUR AGE AND HEIGHT. MOST OF YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THE LIFE OF POWERLIFTERS. just to clarify what i mean, my friend, who now plays for LSU, in high school weighed 275lbs stood 6'6" tall and had an 8 pack. he was obese by medical standards.

  • @faded2blak word! If they would only look at stats of their favorite athletes, they would see how much muscle really weighs!

  • @cartmenkillsyou exactly

  • boyyy you strong as hell, but id still kick yo big ass half way to china

  • @thugglife man this dude will eat you for breakfast with his eggs and milk gtfoh witcha trollin ass lol

  • @faded2blak lol, man a nigga jus feel like trollin sometimes, mad props to this ogre for doin wtf he jus did, i cant . but when it comes to scrappin, he big n slowww , yeeeeesur

  • That's nuts, pure power right there... Good job!

  • good job,very impressive.

  • A lot of comments from some seriously insecure trolls.

  • PPPPPUUUUSSSSSSSSSSYYYYYY MY GRANDMA CAN DO MORE REPS THEN U WITH THE SAME WEIGHTS

  • what are you, like 500 lbs?

  • Holy mother of hell.

  • least he wrote CHEAT curl.. but damn thats nuts

  • Dang, that's some pretty insane weight.

  • was he getting ready to dance at the end?

  • holy shit man, i cant even lift that up LOL. props brother

  • very motivating workout music

  • @6garbageman9 You couldn't cheat curl half this weight for your life. LOL.

  • @AndyHarglesis you can't even curl the 45lb bar if your life depended on it you emo hermy lol!!!

  • monster

  • alright big boy dont hurt yourself

  • big powerful hog farmer right there

  • It's very unusual to see a reverse grip overhead press. In 45 years of going to gyms I've never seen anyone do it. It's a very uncomfortable way to lift overhead. To combine that with a cheat curl makes for an impressive combo.

  • awful form, your backs goin to be messed up soon

  • that is probably the most impressive thing I've seen in regards to weightlifting...holy shit

  • nice hang clean to power press!! no curl!

  • the only thing i can do with that weight is a deadlift

  • 100 pounds more then my bench press :/

  • looks like it hurts coming down shittt

  • Good lord son, that's STRONG!

  • I don't find the impressive part the cheat girl, I find the impressive part the reverse grip overhead press, but maybe that's cuz I did it for the first time ever today and only had 95lbs on the bar lol

  • wow what an animal!

  • crazy strength, this is amazing

  • Jesus! I just started deadlifting 3 plates

  • I'm more impressed with the fact that you barbell pressed 315 pounds

  • what song playing in the background??????????????

  • @ameerskater Anna Nalick - Just Breathe

  • the last time i checked, fat doesnt curl 315

  • John you are a very strong man, well done with all your clips mate.

  • That's off the wall. Nice job.

  • who plays that music in a gym lol

  • @KR3Wtube1

Someone that cheat curls 315 and overhead presses 315 twice.

  • Fucking tools in these comments.

The guy is a strongman competitor. Some people are naturally blessed with freakish metabolisms that allows them to be cut and very strong, others need high caloric in take... But what we *really* have here are a bunch of rice-dicked douchebags with inferiority complexes seeing a large man performing a feat of strength they will never be able to do... So they call him "fat". Retards.

  • i have done this also 315 cheat curl this guy is strong in every aspect respect takes lot of hard work effort to reach these levels and hes jjust gettin started got yo back keep up the hard work

  • @eveyb679 fucking faggot if you can do a 315 cheat curl then upload a video, dumb bitch

  • Comment removed

  • impressive, didn't even throw the bar

  • This guy would fondle Justin Bieber in front of a troop of soccar moms!

  • if I was fat and eated everything i could i wouuld be able to lift like that too... bet this guy cant run for shit

  • @hahtsauce You probably can't so shut your fucking mouth kid.

  • @NJnaturalBB

Your right I can't. Unlike this guy I have body standards that I have to meet for my job. I'm not allowed to shove everything I want down my mouth. Pound for pound, I am the stronger one. This guy is just fat with some muscle

  • @hahtsauce As do I, but don't knock what he loves to do. If he were to cut he would lose fat AND strength, which wouldn't be worth it to him in the long run because in the sport hes passionate about hes not judge by physique, hes not a bber.

  • @hahtsauce

Actually you would probably never reach his level of strength because you wouldnt be able to train as hard and strict as he does, how many obese people can bench press over 700 lbs? I bet he can actually run too he's not that fat he's mostly muscle

  • @alastairmctavish

Refer to my other reply. But to add to it... i'm not talking about obese people, I am talking about overweight people who have a bf % above 23-24% which by judging this guy he seems over that. You idiots are all about numbers... real strength is ratiod to your own weight. Don't see many 165 pound guys bench pressing 405 pounds do you? There is nothing healthy about bench pressing 700 pounds that is just plain stupidity. I'd rather be healthy and cut AND strong

  • @hahtsauce To be honest he doesn't care for being cut and fit, he wants to be inhumanly strong so let him reach his goals. Also you don't see many 165 lb men benching 405, but there are guys in the 180-200 lb range who can bench press 405 lbs, does that make them unhealthy? No theyre probably in better shape than the 165 lb man. I'm 6'2 and about 162 lbs +/- 2 lbs on a given day, I still dont feel satisifed with my weight im shooting for 180-190 lbs ideally

  • @hahtsauce I hear you, Im 275 and can outrun my 120 pound girlfriend who runs every day and was a distance runner in high school. Im obese by medical (BMI) standards, but that doesnt mean I cant sprint as fast as my skinny weak friends. I respect strength and only strength. Pound for pound is a cop out for the small framed guys because they are pissed they can reverse grip jerk 315

  • @cartmenkillsyou

Its about strength AND power AND endurance man.

you need the full package, cant just settle for being fat and able to pick up heavy shit

  • @MrSpaceMind Most really strong guys have more explosiveness than skinny guys, thats strength and power. Endurance can be trained for but honestly without competing in marathons I dont have enough time to run 60 minutes a day.

  • @cartmenkillsyou Explosive power is real life is limited in its uses. Endurance and Stamina is KEY.

IMHO, a marathoner trains harder than anyone else, and is the ultra test of endurance and stamina because not only does it test you physically, but also mentally. You have to experience it to know what it's like. Big men have weak minds because they like to bully, but when they themselves gets bullied, they are weak.

  • @erchan2000 then complain to guys supporting power lifting and strength on a marathoners youtube video. Instead of trying to bully the weak minded strong guys, because over-generalizations like have never been used to bully people...

  • @cartmenkillsyou Have you seen big men fight? You know what happens when a smaller men hit the big men in the chin? They run like a girl. Why? Because they've never felt threathen before.

I'm not complaining here. But to say explosive power is all that is not true. It doesn't actually have that much of real life applications. That's what I'm saying. Stamina and endurance is way more useful and practical.

  • @erchan2000 that looked awarded

  • @erchan2000 You little guys always bring up "fighting" in a weightlifting video. Mike Tyson did pretty well for himself with his explosive power.

  • @erchan2000 That is COMPLETE bullshit. Are you trying to tell us that a "widow maker" squat set of 20 repetitions is not a test of mental strength?? All athletes at the elite level (endurance AND strength) train this hard! Endurance athletes on the other hand tend to have low testosterone, joint problems and never actually look impressive.

  • @MrSpaceMind That's a retarded statement. So what else is he supposed to be able to do? Run a marathon? You can't max out your endurance AND strength. This "fat" guy is strong as a bull, has plenty of power and knows what he's doing.

  • @StanleyKu CrossFit

  • @MrSpaceMind CrossFit guys don't become WSM competitors. CrossFit is for couch potatoes who dabble in exercise. This guy's accomplishments eclipse anything a crossfit guy can do.

  • @StanleyKu meh

  • @StanleyKu I bet that it is allot easier for a person who is very strong to cut a little weight and train for a marathon than it is for a marathon runner to train to lift very heavy weight. I believe that strong men are superior athletes. And as a moderately strong man I enjoy a little cross fit as an easy break to my weightlifting routine!

  • @cartmenkillsyou Exactly! Someone writing off an athlete that is capable of doing something only a few in the world can do as a "fat guy that lifts heavy things" is bullshit. It's not like ESPN has a channel dedicated to crossfit.

  • @cartmenkillsyou Sexist.

  • @AndyHarglesis Hey retard the point I was illustrating is that Im strong and really heavy and I can out preform my in shape athlete girlfriend because my muscles are more developed. That is not sexists, I was sticking up for the man in the video because allot of people think that being strong is useless and somehow that endurance athletes are more physically fit.

  • @cartmenkillsyou don't worry about brandy harglesis.., he, or i should say "IT", is a hermaphrodite troll

  • @6garbageman9 In that case, back under the bridge troll!

  • @cartmenkillsyou thats bullshit or ur girlfriend must be one slow ass bitch and u hang out with some guys the are war vets theres no way u could sprint fast when ur 275 and obese upload a vid of urself runnin 100 m. it would probably take u like 45 secs hahahahah

  • @UnbelievableKush BMI tests say im obese. I am not obese. Fuck you and learn how to read. Don't disrespect veterans by speaking of them.

  • @cartmenkillsyou hahaha okk fatass the only thing ur a vet at is being a fat fuck

  • @UnbelievableKush Damn you so smart and much better looking than me. I wish I could be more like you with you ability to understand what people write down. You must have went to Harvard or something huh?

  • @cartmenkillsyou no but ur still obese

  • @cartmenkillsyou On the other hand, you can be extremely strong and fast, but not fat. sorry bro

  • @cartmenkillsyou strength and body fat bro... im sure there are some 300lb chicks that are strong as shit and can compare with dudes but all of them are at least 50% body fat which is disguisting and not something you should be proud of at all.... people can be ripped AND lean. it's NOT one or the other.

  • @cartmenkillsyou please man. pound for pound is the only thing that counts. i mean whts more impressive, a 300lb guy benching 290 or a 120 pound guy benchin 160?

  • @batmman08 300lb benching 290.

  • @iamaheron so even though the 300lb guy cant even do his own body weight, and the skinny kid can do 40lbs over his weight it means nothing? well man let me tell you, with that way of thinking your never gonna get very strong

  • @batmman08 Yeah. I'd care if the skinny kid was putting up the 290. 16'lbs is piss pathetic, I don't care how small the guy is. I've seen girls put up that much.

  • @iamaheron it's not about the weight, its about him doing 40lbs over his bod weight, that would equivalent to the 300lb guy doing 360.

  • @batmman08 A 300lb guy doing 360? Well, this guy benches over 500lbs, so he's also strong than both your imaginary examples, and thus your crying is moot.

  • @iamaheron and how many girls you know are pushing 40lbs over there body weight?

  • @batmman08 So one is lifting 290lbs, and one is lifting 160lbs. If people prefer the guy lifting 290lbs, then 'your never gonna get very strong'? Let me take you back to the 1st grade; 290>160lbs. Dumb kid.

  • @xfdxfdxfdxfdxfd listen dipshit, when it comes to lifting it is more then just putting on more weight. Someone who cant even do there body weight on the bench, (like the 300lbs guy only doing 190) would be considered weak, you wouldnt be impressed if a 200lb guy can only do 180. afterall 180 on a 200lb guy is wayyyyyyy different then 180 on a 120lb guy

  • @batmman08 Too bad this guy benches over 500lbs.

  • @batmman08 A 290 bench is more impressive. No matter what that guy weighs, you are the dipshit. Im 265 right now, Im about to go throw up 285 bench five times on my fifth set. When my bitch goes to the gym with me, she hears the plates clatter from power and gets excited, she doesnt even notice the 150 pound guy benching 185. So since life is about procreating, being heavy and lifting more is better because thats what gets chicks. Plus is she did go for the little guy, I could whip his ass

  • @cartmenkillsyou Im being sarcastic, just trying to use the same retarded logic you used, but it makes more sense and more people agree with the fact that its about the amount of weight on the bar that makes you strong, not the weight under.

  • @cartmenkillsyou dude respect your girl and dont refer to her as a "bitch" if you want to keep her.and this is when the difference comes between body builders and powerlifters, powerlifters care about strength, bodybuilders are nothing but looking good. and btw, im 177 and i rep 315 for five sets of 5

  • @cartmenkillsyou and for your weight class you would def be considered weak

  • @batmman08 Well I dont believe those stats you gave. And I dont devote enough time to the gym, Im too busy being a high paid engineer

  • @cartmenkillsyou amazing, some people are actually dedicated enough to become engineers and bodybuilders or powerlifters or strongmen. Looks like you are the lazy one, get out of work and go to the gym pussy. Being an engineer aint gonna get you pussy if you look like jerry lewis.

  • @Bsnakes thank you!! i take it you are a fello power lifter?

  • @cartmenkillsyou no offense but i didnt expect you to because your not a power lifter, you dont train for that stuff. and i low paid "cleaning engineer" doesn't count

  • @cartmenkillsyou I know you're being sarcastic, but I feel your procreation is a bad example, since evolution would have moved the human race towards higher strength levels if that were relevant to procreation :P (I do agree with you that more weight is generally more impressive, depending on the situation...see my other comment).

  • @EndlersaurusRex ya I was being an internet dick. Internet ego is unlimited and free. The thing I dont get is that the guy in the video is stronger pound for pound than almost everyone talking here, and he can lift more weight than almost everyone watching his videos. I got off topic lol

  • @batmman08 Correction* I only got 285 three times... Hiking in the desert all weekend took a toll on me

  • @batmman08 So your saying if i lose 20% body weight but only 15% strength i am stronger?

  • @hahtsauce Eated?

  • Just another overgrown monkey showing off and thereby risking serious injury. Doing these kind of dumb stunts does nothing except pump up an obviously already bloated ego. Sorry if that's a bit too much truth for you clowns that are imprssed by these circus stunts.

  • no aesthetics wats the point of this brah

  • @trentonexcavation Misc brah I'm disappoint, hes not doing it for the aesthetics he wants to be strong.

  • a-a-and breeeeeeeeathe, juuuuuust breeeeaaathe

  • his form made it more like a rack clean and press with reverse grip.. But I have to admit with the reverse grip push press he did there for the reps he hit those biceps hard. Not much of a curl though he had to swing his back into it a lot... The real question is what hurt most afterward his back or his biceps?

  • I once queefed 315!!

  • HOLY FUCK

  • lol, nice workout song in the background.

  • theres a difference between cheat curls and terrible form.

  • @chaaaaaaad1 lets see you get 315 up in any form

  • @steriods4champions im not saying it isnt impressive as fuck, cuz it is, im just saying you cant really even call that a cheat curl

  • beast

  • underhand grip push press???

  • @andyevs10191 LMFAO.

  • This guy could curl 225 easy. Fuckin beast.

  • good lifting id like 2 see u do 135 you could probably do it with good form

  • why does your gym play the most anti pump-up songs in all of your vids? seriously its either commercials or pop shit
