  • IMHO: quando si dice "hacker si nasce" ci si riferisce al fatto che gli hackers sono hackers in buona parte perche' la loro indole ed il loro stile di vita rispecchia l'etica hacker. Esistono fattori mentali e filosofici che devono essere presenti prima della sperimentazione dell'approccio hacker.

    Es: se non sei una persona curiosa ed intelligente difficilmente sarai un hacker... e la curiosità e l'intelligenza sono qualità che di solito hai o non hai da sempre ;)

  • Se uno vende droga commette un reato. Ma mai nessuno ha pensato di regolamentare la parola perché è possibile articolare i suoni: "mi vendi 3 etti di coca?". Finché tu non mi metti in mano 3 etti di coca, io e te possiamo scambiarci tutti i messaggi che vogliamo sull'argomento, senza commettere nulla di illegale. Impedire questo, fare processi alle intenzioni, alle parole, ai bit, è incostituzionale. E diabolico. E va impedito anche a costo della stessa vita.

  • I'm italian and the song is italian too. It talks about the freedom given to us by the internet. Hitler, stalin, mao etc etc represent the phisic universe that they want to avoid, preferring the net as their home. According to them, internet is "everywhere and nowhere, there's never war in it, there are no rules and no governments to threat the freedom of his users.." and so on.

  • Ok, è vero. La questione è: meglio trovare un sacco di stupidaggini perché ognuno dice la sua o trovare solo ciò che passa "il filtro" ? Il filtro se c'è qualcuno lo deve implementare. Se non sei tu a settare i parametri di filtro la libertà non esiste.
