  • What would Happen If they Made Trash Bags that Can Not Get Crushed or Be Popped.

  • im masturbating to this right now ♥

  • @jlylad OMG I havent came like that in a while! :)

  • What company do you work for?

  • @Busdude97 waste services inc.

  • @peterbilt31 Cool. That must be a fun job.

  • @Busdude97 it is i enjoy it.

  • I bet your truck was nearing full?5 stars

  • whats the switch u flip when u stop

  • that would be the brake release switch when you flip it up it holds the truck in place.

  • oh.

  • black bin bags, nice....

  • That's a lot of strokes for one hopper full. Rearloaders I think are better, One packer cycle and it's all history.

  • i wish u lived in my nabourhoud i would supply u with tons and tons of diapers my house goes through 10s of diapers

  • i wana see some big smelly old juicy diapers in that hopper and watch the poo and pee shoot out of the diapers

  • its not as cool as you think it would be...especially if you get sprayed with it!!! LOL!!!!

  • I think that is why standing to the side is an important safety tip XD

  • is ther a bag limit where u are at??? looks like Calgary... i work at Edmonton WSI in a sherwood park run there is no bag limit or recycle program, last spring i went 3 straight months with nothing less than 30 tonnes a day.

  • Im in Red Deer and ya theres a 5 bag limit plus theres a yard waste program.

  • I remember the days back in Edmonton. I moved to Kelowna and am with WM now. There is a two bag limit, pretty much a retirement job. In Sherwood Park I had Mitch's old run and then I had Jason's old run in Edmonton. After all those years of 30-50tonnes in the summer days I am glad to be doing half the work.

  • do you work with Doug and Mitch??? If yes say hi to them from Clayton I did all of the Sherwood park runs for 3 and a half years, much lighter out here in BC

  • this is Mitch i'll tell doug u said hi... the park contract is done at the end of March... we are all goin into the city...its BS, they are clamping down on the weights and all the new trucks tare out at 15400kgs. BOOOOO!!!

  • looks like you were close to packing out. do you usually get your route done in one load? it usually takes two loads on my route. any where from 15 to 20 tons a day.

  • Im the same way 2 loads a day.

  • about how many stops? we're doing about 1000 a day. the recycling truck (me) gets about 6-7 tons, usually 1 load, but occasionally 2. i do about 110-125 stops an hour, trash is at 90-105. poor trash guy gets pretty hammered. when i get done early enough i go back out to help him after i've dumped.

  • Yep around a 1000 give or take.

  • hear it crush the garbidge bags im getting horny of that crushing sound

  • very interesting, wow thats a lot of trash

  • I love your truck!Even if things shoot out. Had something shoot out and hit me last week when a driver was letting me video his truck compacting. He got upset, thinking I was going to make something of it but I would never do that. It's worth it to see them in action!

I saw a RL operator get hit with a piece of steel a year ago and he got hurt pretty bad but was back on the job in a week. He told me the same thing, the trucks are just too cool!!!

  • Thank you! I dont worry about things shooting out too much. Ive been hit in the face with florecent tube lights before but no injuries.

  • I've got an old video that I will post soon where I was taping a rear-loader as it packed a load of diapers behind a daycare centre where they used to rinse them or something and they would all squirt goo out of the packer. Anyway, the driver told me about this, knowing I like this sort of thing and sure enough, the day I am standing behind the truck with camera rolling, a bag exploded and shot from the side of the blade, all over me and the camera! It is pretty funny, I'll post it soon...

  • Thats so cool man

  • Dude be carefull, glass containers and hard obects can seriously shoot from between the ram and the hopper wall when crushed.

  • i know dude..Ive been doing this for 9 years.Ive had my fair share of objects shooting out at me!

  • Absolutely top marks - you capture the destructive power of the packer perfectly - more please!!!

  • Is it me or does youtube just sit and load this video. I can't view this, just a black screen with the loading icon swirling.

  • I hate when that happens to me. =/

  • Great job hope to see more!

  • Thanks for the reply i allways watched garbage trucks as a boy.I can't get enough of them thanks.Billy

  • That truck must have been near full....Great crushing action.I wonder how many tons does it crush with???

  • That particular load had just over 11 tons but ive had 13 on before

  • Nice footage again!! Your truck handles full hoppers really well!!

  • It does the packer just got rebuilt.

  • Outstanding job once again. Thank for taking the time

  • Another favorite. Great job!

  • Watching this sure brings back memories of watching the garbage guy when I was a kid. Awsome video!
