  • WOW! you have never seen or been in a real TORNADO!

  • I sound Canadian??? Noway, I don't know whatchyer talkin' aboot! I'm from MinnesoDa, not Canadia eh! lol

  • I remember that!

    Scurry.

    Hi kat :D

  • haha! I remember that. I went to go chase it too, but when I got to one of the only spots without trees up here, I saw it was pretty much right next to me and completely freaked out! I sped home, and watched the funnel go right over us as I was getting out of the car. Pretty sweet.

  • Well, at least someone else around witnessed it. I thought I was losing my mind!lol The funny thing is the risk sure wasn't that great that day. There was another cell closer to GR that got warned the same time they warned this cell, so it was on! Thanks for the comment!

  • Your welcome xD!

I honestly don't remember the other cell, I guess I was too concerned about not getting picked up by this one to notice lol!

  • I REMEMBER THAT, me and my friends where hiding thinking we'd all die haha xD

  • Yeah, I'm not sure what to think of this day! I couldn't believe what I was seeing, I thought it might have been smoke or something like that rising into the storm, but my basic training told me otherwise. I don't think it touched down all the way, but if it did it was probably in the safest place for it too. I'm glad it didn't build up more than it did! Just a lil warmer and it could have been a disaster up there! Thanx for commenting!

  • I sound like a complete retard in this vid too! lol I was so full of emotions I was shaking in my shoes! hehe

  • LOL

  • Actually it may not havecome all the way down. However. I did see somewhere online a guy with a cabin just on the north side of 169 managed to get some great shots of a perfect red funnel. Also The report I made was on record, but somehow was removed from The NWS data. I really like how they operate! Fucking Gov.

  • Maybe it was removed when they realized there wasn't a real tornado there?

  • I think it looked so wide because all the dust in the ore mine was circulating into the main vortex! I always wondered about them. It must be their warning to other Redwings! I always see several of them ganging up on crows too!

  • u are like 4 blocks from my house, we thought there was a fire haha, i am in that white truck. in the beginning

  • I wasn't sure myself at first. I could see the wallcloud a few miles down hwy 7 but I didn't get a good view until I got to the DQ parking lot and I could clearly see it was attached to the base of the storm and was moving right along with it very slowly. It did look like smoke coming from a stack or something like that! The NWS can't confirm it touched down though. Could it because in the mine there was nothing to get damaged? They need damage to prove it. I don't know the area very well.

  • northern minnesota is the most beautiful place on earth...hope to have a place up along the shore someday from someone in Massachusetts

  • MY CABIN IS NEAR VIRGINA MN

  • I hear cellphone feedback lol

yeah, we had a formation up where i live and it was CRAZY!!

  • I can't believe the NWS doesn't want to confirm this!

  • It's a monster.

    A MONSTER!!!!

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!
