My favourite character is Sideshow Bob, and I know that they WERE going to put him in it, then cut the scene. The bit when the townspeople want to kill Homer, Bob should be in that.

Indeed. As much as I liked the Simpsons movie, I thought the villain in it Cargill was a bit of a dud. Sideshow Bob would have made a MUCH better villain, especially considering it was the Simpsons' first movie.

Hitler you might have tried to kill off half the population including people of my heritage but you are completely right! Well, that yeah, Bob should have been in the movie, but if they made Kelsey Grammer a regular cast member, it would get old fast. But how many other characters can you get in the Simpsons that has that much complexity? That's what I like about SSB. WHY did they cut his scenes in the movie of all scenes? SO not fair.

No they aren't, this is what actually happens in the real film. This is the climax when he realises Sideshow Bob isn't in the simpsons movie. It is actually quite historically accurate, it is one of the main reasons committed suicide, the advance of the Russians was a minor consideration.

Simpsons movie was an overall disappointment. I mean come on "spider pig", that gag would not have made it in the first 8 seasons of the show. It still had some funny gags but it's basically dead without the best writers like my favorites Jon Vitti, Conan O'brien, and personal favorite John Swartzwelder (others with honorable mentions).
