She has good moments but someone is trying to teach her hard things that she isn't ready for- fouettes, tour jetes, ponches, rond verses, and so- on. She has to go back, do simpler steps and get a good technique base, and then come back for these steps.

Don't get me wrong, she's got potential, she's just being trained the wrong way.

she is a very good dancer, and yes she is still learning and I'm sure she will be brilliant when she's finished. But I don't think the coreography was as good as the dancer? I think it wasn't at the same level as her skills.

All she needs to do is turnout more, straighten her legs, fix her arms in positions better, and land better :)

I think she was really cute, and when your ten you shouldn't be doing variations en pointe, so this suited her! (altough i think 10 is not to early to go on pointe, it's a good age, but you shouldn't be doing variations.. ;) )

This is a beautiful performance. With age appropriate choreography, costumes and steps. Her parents and teachers have every right to be proud of her.

i like her dancin style. She´s young, so you can´t expect that intellect you need for ballet. In this age you can´t say, that she will be a good or bad dancer. The time will show!

@ppera12345678 Thanks...so true! A ballerina needs to train like a souffle...slowly! It is hard to take ballet to competition but she would not have it any other way!

I honestly don't think she's doing terrible because she's a bad dancer. I think she doesn't look too hott here..but shes not ready to be doing fouettes at her age. She should take more technique classes and then start the harder steps. :))

What a lovely and special movement quality this very young dancer displays. Of course, dance competitions are a difficult venue to appreciate classical ballet.

Keep training and when you are mature enough, go to a professional summer program.

for her age guys shes a good dancer i have been in ballet for 12 years non-stop practacaly an expert shes pretty good for her age yes she dose need some gracefullness but that comes over time she dances very smoothly thats awesome and one more thing i know she migth be ten but at times she didnt point her feet well unlike other times but awesome dance ^.^

I completely agree. she's a pretty girl, and a good dancer but the skirt is terrible and so are the puffy sleeves...maybe something more elegant instead of frilly/flouncy
