  • Wow, what a read by Alan in hand with A6 vs 74 of Gold. That was double reverse psychology by Jamie. He was acting like he dont really like his hand wich was true but in 99% of circumstances when amateur act like this and then raise he's holding huge hand. That was really great play by Gold but sick read from Cunningham. Thats why Alan was the best player on this table. Maybe it doesnt look like but thats one of best reads in poker history. Absolutely beautyfull :) wow im still in shock :)

  • @PojebanyMany if he knew jamie had rags he wouldn't have gone all in, so it was not such a good read

  • haha wow i didnt know it was possible to get thay lucky hands at 1 table

  • Jamie saved Allen a lot of money on that hand. He would likely have called a min raise.

  • Any of the other donks at the table would've called Jamie's all in if they had Allen's hand, it was a great play and you could see that even Allen almost blew up there.

  • lol i think jamie gold was playing ALL the hands in this final table, at least the one that were showed on tv

  • stack size and the flop. the pot is over 6 million, Cunningham has what 10 million left and just made a value bet. Given the flop texture and bet pattern cunningham has an ace 95% of the time - he's not going to lay down AK, AQ/AJ would be tougher to lay down. Any other Ace is gonna fold(except A8 A6 or A2), what could Gold have looking at that flop? So bet size really doesn't matter, AC will call with AK and maybe AQ and the 2 pair aces and fold anything else no matter how big the bet is.

  • Such an awesome joke at the start

  • id love to be that bad and still be able to win the main event with that luck

  • well, i guess jamie made e right choice to not clean his hotel room because if he does so, he would be e first one OUT. Cant stand his luck, seriously >.< ps. he looks like a clown

  • Where is Gold now?

  • Why all the hate for Jamie Gold. To win any poker tournament you need be lucky at some point.

  • GO ALLEN GO ALLEN GO ALLEN :D

  • Allen is cool...

  • Allen is cool...

  • lol at the end...allen's probaly like i don't know that guy

  • Wow nice all in by allen

  • brett butler is like a mix of norm mcdonald and ernest guy couldnt have been more card dead at the final table

  • i love the mouth!

  • he thought alan had a big ace and will call with it.

after building his image, he thought he'll get called

  • why the fuck go all IN with a set of 8's? why not raise?

  • @addy1231 the all in was a psihycal hit, he had 5 timețs the cips of the opponent player ( all in = rais in that stage)

  • @addy1231 he was trying to look weak and trap him, dont you listen ?

  • @addy1231 the all-in was a raise, how would flat call with a fullhouse there?

  • @addy1231 maybe because he thought alan had a better hand? hind sight is 20/20 as well as when you can see the hole cards...calm down

  • @b2theec Better hand!? lol. there's literally two hands that beat him (AA and 22) which both seem unlikely the way the hand was played. So your argument is he preferred the all-in bet to get AA to fold because it would be scared of quad deuces? ur joking right?

  • @addy1231 I hate defending him, but you gotta think about how Gold had been playing. He loved to bluff, and loved to show the bluff. Had any other table (save Wassika) had Cunningham's hand there they would have called the maniac's all-in. It's all a story. That move works for anyone but Cunningham.

  • @tgjdlc Shut the fuck up.

  • @addy1231 if he called he got all his chips... and he didnt have to show his hand

  • @addy1231 i think he was so exited to take Cunningham down that he just moved all in. And kind of tricky move couse if Alan was bit stronger like AQ he could call that bet, but still dont think so. But dont think Allan was callin any raise, if he thinks he is beat he folds to any raise, if he thinks he got Jamie he calls any bet so not such a bad play by Gold.

  • @addy1231 why the fuck do u complain??

  • @addy1231 You're right, he wanted a call there. A raise to 5/6 million would probably have been better. But hey, he won anyway.

  • @addy1231 It's actually not a bad play. With the line that Allen took and the line that Jamie took, I think Jamie put him on an Ace. Which means the river gave him aces up, giving him a stronger hand then just a pair of aces. Plus the line that Jamie took makes it look like he just wanted to push Allen off of his hand. Against any other player, it probably would have worked, but not Cunningham.

  • @addy1231 maybe to make it look like a overbet ...like hes trying to bluff....theres a lot of reasons ..its not a bad bet ....

  • jamie gold is the biggest donk in poker history

  • you wish you could be donk taht wins 12 million.

    i know i do

  • Apparently you've never seen Jerry Yang, Darvin Moon, Chris Moneymaker...

    Jerry Yang is hideously bad.

  • I like Jamie, I think he's entertaining and good for TV even if he does just run really good. That being said, it's sick how many bullets Allen dodges and he's clearly the best player at the table.

  • cunningham is very solid player!gold just is lucky..what a bad bet on the river to put him all in..

  • wtf is with jamie gold, hes not even good and hes getting incredibly lucky

  • the problem about jamie gold is that he only thinks about his hand. he doesnt care what his opponents could have...

  • f..ng gold was thinking too much of himF..ngSelf

    6:07

He thought his the f..ing poker god's son.

  • Jamie's play there was great until he went all-in on the river. Maybe a 5 million or so bet would have been called by Cunningham.

  • VicenzoV, well said, especially Jamie said "got ya" to Allen to make him fold, which defeated the purpose of his previous trapping. Jamie Gold may be a nice guy who got lucky to win wsop2006, but he isn't a great poker player.

  • AGREE

  • this year, the commentators wonder why the hell there are barely any women. maybe because of ad placement like this. lol.

  • 6:53 - *clap* *clap* PWNAGE

  • 2:28 - douche

  • raise sto cazzo jamie!!!! go allen go allen go allen!!!!!

  • THEY GET TAXED FOR WINNINGS???? OUCH!

  • The only thing I don't like about Jamie is his attitude. Every time he has the better hand its YES! *fist pump* or "I trapped him! LOOK!". He should have been more subtle, cuz when that guy hit K 10, it sure made Gold look like an idiot.

  • omg, its a tarp!

  • Wow, Allen Cunningham made MANY discipline folds throughout this final table (actually the whole tournament)

  • i am not sure, but i think gold eliminated the most players in the tournament. That is not only luck, in my point of view.

  • The degree allin moment.... for sexy men

    *shows picture of jamie gold*

    lolled me

  • gold is sooooo lucky!!!! only a luckyman.

  • all the players at the final table say gold is a bad player, but they all played so bad against him.

    i call those people haters

  • Jamie Gold isn't a great player but he is better than most of the people at this table gave him credit for, they underestimated him.

  • Agree

  • they call him a bad player becuz of all the luck he is getting, cant blame gold for being lucky, and also, gold tends to talk alot and get very concieted

  • lol matusow "go allen ,go allen"

  • "i got ya" - "yes you did"

could've eliminated him right there with top pair.. im saying maybe, but still... one of these "talkin to the opponent"-moments gonna fuk him in the future.

  • Alan outplayed Jamie in that hand where Jamie flopped the set.. he lost the minimum

  • i totally agree. if jamie raises the flop, allen might push and go broke, that is if jamie shuts his mouth and doesnt give off tells about his hand

  • when jamie has a hand he always starts talking a lot.

  • oh yes every fuckin hand

  • look at the hand around 2:00 , Gold plays it really well but starts talking , and thats the only mistake he made was to start talking .. He always talk alot when he has a hand and when he doesnt he shuts up , obvious tell and Allen just figured that out.

  • What are you talking about?

How can he call that bet, no matter what Gold says? There are a lot of hands that beat him....any 2 , bigger ace , etc

  • the mistake that jamie made was slowplaying. whenever jamie played back at allen after the flop (the turn, river), allen was able to get out of the way. the real trap would have been raising on the flop bc allen might have went all in right on the flop

  • jamie gold owns you all

  • watching jamie play make me want to puch the monitor.

  • gold is not apoker player!

  • I think Jamie Gold played OK throughout the tournament, although i think if he had of caught a bad run for a few hours he would have tilted off his stack. It's hard to make comments on his overall play as they only show about 5% of the hands. i reckon he got lucky. IN my opinion he's a bit of a dick. i don't like the way he gets on. he's aarogant

  • Most of his plays were easy due to EXTREME luck. He's a cocky bastard with nothing to back it up, didin't deserve to win.

  • amen, bro..

  • cunningham reads so well haha!

  • matusow so funny, still a kid in his head !!

  • @skearo75013 youre so right .. love the guy

  • at your 5-10 table?

shut the fuck up rookie... you're WAYYYY out of your league.

  • who is the butler guy lol?

  • 7:38 man! .. lol

  • this guy is a total fuckhead he plays like a regular on the sit and go 250 play chip tables at full tilt he is so up himself

  • it was a good fold by cunningham and a bad bet by gold.dont forget theres 4 players so alan could be forgiven for thinking his ace is good.

  • he could have value bet for more chips, but he wants to take alan out, he doesn't want him in there at all, mine as well try to knock him out completely. a few million more chips isn't going to be that big of a hit to Cunningham, not with his ability.

  • on all 3 eliminations till yet, golds last rivercard was a black 10.. thats so funny

  • lol @ "this allen dude"

he's fucking allen cunningham, a way better player than gold.

  • i gotta hand it to ya, this allen dude read pretty well against gold.

  • he is a top pro with 4 WSOP bracelets

  • lol

  • lol at mikey in the back ground he's so awesome

  • Matusow is indeed Awesome...

  • Gold's all in was the bad move.

  • i agree. easy fold there. should have value raised

  • Gold must be tired from all that handshaking.

  • what a reads by Cunningham, awesome play!,

  • Thats why he's ALLEN CUNNINGHAM!!!1

  • Jamie Gold said theres no way Allen would get away from A K , lmao yea he would. Its so obvious he had something big. Its not hard to get off Ace King if you know someone has a set.

  • Jamie Gold's commentary on all this was ridiculous. He criticized Allen for limping with 97 when he limps with bullshit like 43 and 25. He'll never win anything again in his life. I think he's done with the high stakes cash games, he's just lost too much.

  • "of course we have the best hand!"

    i love mike

  • lol @ the degree all in moment...he didn't call....

  • Hi, what is this song 04:08-05:09?

  • Hi, it's called "shut the fuck up" by "the douchebags"

  • 7:19 Until the end is hilarious he shafts jamie gold the guy that loves to talk

  • god loves simple folk, thats why jamie gold is so lucky

  • wow is that matusow cheering like a jackass at the end?

  • ur a fucking jackass win 3 bracelets and 7 million then talk fuckin goof

  • let's be clear. gold didn't trap cunningham. gold hit the perfect flop for the millionth time and won the absolute minimum. alan cunnigham plays near perfect poker and how he avoids going broke over and over again with some of these hands is amazing. gold is just not very good. an average player at the very best.

  • +1

Cunningham lost the minimum on that.

  • gold would have obv made call instantly like a fish ...plz everyone give me thumbs up for this statement lol

  • i agree - Gold kept on repeating "i trapped him" You do dont re-raise someone who has JJ with QQ and then say i trapped them. He didnt know Kim could of had KK or AA - is it still a trap then? Luck always helps, and Gold got alot. Good on him i suppose, buts lets see some more skill in the future

  • cant say any better, good comment

  • wow this cunningham really is good

  • mabye gold had many luck at the end. but do u think he had this luck all the days before! no, he played great poker. naps

  • seriously gold is only luck..

  • nice laydown there from Allen on da first hand, I dont know if I could make that laydown.

  • thats why u cant play this game :)))

that was a laydown without thinking.

    dont play this game!

  • not gonna argue with you buddy but Allen had two pair with top kicker. Da only thing that would make me laydown this hand would be the suspicious slow play (check-raise) by Jamie Gold. Anyway a lot of online donks do that move with nothing. I do know about poker buddy, see ya.

  • Ummm, you have no clue about poker actually. It was aces up with the second pair being a pair on the board so that hardly counts as 2 pair when your opponent can have a measly deuce and your crushed. And also a 10 is not top kicker, like wtf...you need some lessons

  • Aces up is two pair isnt it? Allen had two pair with that board. You telling me now that when you have nothing (lets say K9) besides a pair on a board, you call you hand as K high? No way, you have one pair and K high. That 10 kicker, my bad, i was on a rush when i posted that last comment, i thought it was a 10 on that board with A kicker.

  • jamies great. he makes good bluffs, and messes with the mind

  • lol, he sucks. put yourself in allen's position on that first hand, aces up, most likely he would go all in, but gold goes all in, which means he is most likely is bluffing but his "messing with the mind" gives his cards away and allen says "yep I guess you do" wisely noticing gold's easy tells in his speach patterns

  • Can anyone tell me when the money went in when Gold eliminated Butler. Kinda strange that the didn't show that whole hand. You would think the could have found a little more time for that.

  • what an amature play...check it the whole way, then go all in on the river...easy fold for cunningham

  • ur right it was an easy fold for cunningham, cause jamie played like a scaredycat everytime he played with cunningham... this time he went all in, so it was easy to fold for cunningham. but if allen had a bighand it was a good chance for jamie to take his toughest opponent out.

  • I like what Chan said there. "He's got the perfect style for this tournament."

You don't have to be the best player in a tournament to win. But you do have to be willing to keep shoving the chips in with marginal hands, because premium hands don't come along all that often. But in every hand you have the ability to bet or raise, and maybe accumulate some more chips. Sure Jamie caught a lot of cards, but he took a lot of chances to get to that final table. He ran over a lot of timid players.

  • I see all this hating against Gold and I have to ask: How come Wasicka never takes any rips? He said that if it got down to 3-handed with Cunningham, Gold, and himself that they would carve up Gold. A player with class would never say that.

Also, Wasicka was way too nitty, and was lucky he got as far as he did. Maybe if he'd played a little more aggressively, like Gold, he'd have won. As it is he'll be kicking himself for the rest of his life now.

  • This tournament is played over 8 hours a day so it is possible that somewhere in the day, a player makes trips or top pair. He is a good player but did catch some crazy cards.

  • I should have kept track of how many times Gold had premium pocket pairs, hit top pair, or made a set on the flop. Ridiculous. Is he a good player? That remains to be seen.

  • jamie gold has a head u would like to take a baseball bat to! dont tell his best friend i said that though, that motherfucker is huge!!

    still jamie is a retard!

  • The only time ive had that many chips, i was up against my mother in law and I was cheating, i still lost. Classic Norman Chad

  • one of the horrible play i ever seen from the WSOP, jamie gold think the way he reraised will let Cunningham call him, fucking ridiculous. 1. it was a huge over bet 2. the body movement shows everything that he had a strong hand. LOL only donkeys will make that kind of over size raise.

  • sunnyboy8644 I agree, A2 is a playable hand and Gold didn't even give credit for that. It was a terrible play.

  • ..nearly as terrible as me not reading the board properly.

  • I think Gold used the strong is weak, weak is strong ploy against Cunningham when he stood up, leaned forward, and said "Gotcha" to Allen Cunningham. He wanted Cunningham to call, but Cunningham didn't fall for it.
