I just love that even though she should be so angry at him still for 'killing' Jeremy, she still can't bear anyone hurting him and tries so hard to stop Bonnie. She cares about him despite her better judgement, shows how deep her feelings are for him. She can't walk away despite all the things he's done.

@sportiesammie I'm pretty sure they mashed her with Meredith--Bonnie's abilities and Meredith's personality. Scriptwriters do that a lot, don't they? Easier to write, I suppose, with less characters and less voices and less opinions to wrangle. Irritating, too, though. Mind, I never much liked the books anyway. Elena was a snot and the ending was the epitome of cliche. In my opinion, that is. I believe the shows are better.

Damon is so much more interesting than Stefan. He's really conflicted and Stefan is just really self-righteous and boring. And also, Ian Somerholder is much hotter than Paul Wesley.

@sara666neil Its as much Damons fault what happen to Caroline as it is Bonnies. At the end of the day I hope Bonnie comes to realize that she is just as much to blame. The Damon scene that stood out for me however was the one with Elenas brother Jeremy. I think this is the start of something and may be what gets the ball rolling on Elena forgiving Damon.
