If you bothered to watch the whole video you would know:

1. First of all there isn't an airtight seal because of the door and the cargo bulkhead being movable in order to allow more cargo/passengers.

2.If there was an airtight seal smoke would have not entered the passenger area in the first place.

3. This video says the plane was designed on air pressure difference to prevent smoke from entering passengers.

You must have trouble reading since I gave you three reasons why the air tight thing doesn't work, you must be really that stupid. The plane is not a submarine there are no air tight comparments (except cargo hold), therefore the whole plane is one air tight comparment to prevent pressued air from escaping out the plane itself.
