Very true in my opinion, I love the CoD franchise but didn't enjoy World At War or Black Ops online at all. Mind you, I didn't like Black Ops single player either.

Modern Warfare 2 is so much better in most ways in my opinion. Infinity Ward seemed to get it just about right.

I haven't had too much problems with my copy of Blops for PS3, but it seems like MW2 had a bit better hit detection/lag compensation/netcode or whatever and was usually better at keeping you connected. My only problem was every now and then when a host left the migration screen would be stuck. Unfortunately I never really liked MW2 and sold it about a month after purchase.  My biggest wish right now would be if Blops had the same quality connectivity that MW2 had.

Even the Xbox version has online problems. Zombies matchmaking takes forever, and when you finally get in a lobby it closes because it can't migrate the host! I guess Treyarch hasn't learned anything about playing online since WaW.

Hey, this isn't happening to me at all. I use a wired connection and have a "big" PS3, maybe that makes a difference?

But I know two of my friends occasionally have this issue, and they use WiFi and have "slim" PS3s. Try wiring your internet, or if you can't, try using your neighbor's WiFi or something, as it could be a weird connection/programming error.
