stick with it it gets alot easier and its very rewarding to see how much better some elbow grease and 300 dollars worth of paint can make a car look i take pictures of every car i paint and take pride in my work sure its not the best out there but its the best i can do have fun with it good luck man
sorry that you didnt like my video i made this to help a friend and it did so it has done its pourpose im not a video producer nor did i have a decent camera at the time some people dont understand this and obviously you needed help to or you wouldnt have watched it thanks for stopping by to insult something i threw together in less then 5 mins as a favor to someone your a real hero
what a wonderful way to explain this. nigger music in the background that you didn't bother to easily mute so it plays in the background just as loud as your explanation.
and if i did have palsy would it in some way be amusing 2 you that i have a disease or condition? wtf is ur problem man dont bring that bullshit 2 my videos if i can help u just move on my way works for me and i have sucsesfully painted many cars with no comebacks im not here for ur humor so get a life and lets see ur better explanation
great video clears alot up on mix ratio for beginers like me. think you might make another one that is more clear or using actual paint in mixing cup. thanks again.
u could prolly paint most cars with that if u time it right but yeah just painting a hood or a fender or a door or something u can get away with a small compressor im guessing the highest psi i use might be 40 to 60 psi when i fog metalics dunno i never use a guage just the regulator on my gun
you can use a plastic adheasive agent if u want i wouldnt wast my money on it paint sticks 2 plastic as long as its sanded or scuffed up good use either 600 or higher sand paper or a fine scuff pad and wipe it down with reducer b4 u paint 2 clean the oils off thinner eats plastic so use reducer
honestly i dunno ive never done it that way if u had some candy concentrate black i wouldnt reduce it much if any at all because clear is normaly 4:1 ratio 4 parts clear 1 part hardner gonna say mix the clear like u normaly would and just add the black untill u get it where u want it reducer probably isnt needed but if so it wouldnt be much the important part would be to mix the clear to hardner ratio correct so it would hardin correctly good luck man
lol u got it! made it even easier thats the idea keep it simple cause its really not hard @ all and im glad ya got it if i can do it anyone can lol just gotta have the effort
well that is a interesting one first id read it a few times make sure u read it right and then id do some math .. i hate math just go by the mls if u cant find a any bars that represent ur mixing ratio i have a cup that has it but say u poured 250 mls color get a calulator and multiply 250ml X 1.5 got 375 so i gotta add 375 to my 250 ml of color i already have which is 625... if all else fails thinner will evaporate mix it a little over 1to 1 and add untill u get a satisfactory viscosity
the hardner is almost always the last bar the reducer is second the paint or clear is always gonna be the larger ratio or the first bar its real simple once u figure it out good luck man
Thanks man, it sunk in.

Great video. I was wondering how you did that. I just started in painting but have not got to mix paint yet.

i wouldnt need a big compressor, maybe a 3.5 hp / 5 gallon compressor for small jobs........

hey man i dont understand when it says
" 1 part color by volume to 1.5 parts thinners (100% - 150%) by volume"
cheers for any help.

quality, what is the third bar for? so you only have to use the base cote then hardner? what else do you have to put in?
comment back!
