While you can see that he was not in good health and suffering from depression, this is quite a good performance. The mic sensitivity is quite high, unlike most of the concerts after this, which causes the voice to "skip" with more contrast. Here he kicks his voice with staccato, which he rarely does anymore.
His vocals here are slightly different here than studio, but after more practice, he now sounds even more like the original! (he doesn't sound as good trying NOT to sing it normally LOL)

And you know what he says in between to his audience? - "You all know this song, right?" "Let's sing the refrain together, the words are easy."
Ha-ha!! He is not afraid to make fun of himself, or even of his audience! Love you, Vitas! and hope to see you soon live! (If not in USA, then maybe in Canada?) Anyone, any information on his concerts in our area ?
i love vitas but i get sick of all the note alterations on that 1 bit, you know the bit i mean ; ) i love it when he just holds that note and pushes it out with all of the talent in him, hes no doubt amazing and his dedication to his craft must be exceptional
