No they are not having seizures. I have seen people that have seizures... be filled with the Holy Ghost and it is not the same. Some of the them never had a seizures again. Praise the Lord!
there is more to it than shouting. Yeah they may be jumping around and acting like they have something, but its if God really got ahold of these young peoples heart and if they truely surrendered to Him. Praise God. His Holy Spirit is moving all over the earth. In the last days the Bible says He will pour His Spirit out. I have seen church services like this. I am filled with the Holy Spirit. The thing about most churches these days is very simple they think there the only one. The truth is you cannot contain God in a 4walled building, the first church met in hiding to avoid persecution. caves, peoples houses. actually you are not entirely correct, the members of the church were first called christians at antioch, the initial name of the church was reffered to as the way.
