@max541082 What I do is get a car and drive on the train tracks that lead to the underground on the middle island, wait for five minutes. Cops can't find you.

Well I already got the achivement my way worked :) I just put the cheat to increase the wanted level and went inside the elevator which teleports me to my apartment and waited 5 mins =D with no cops attacking me.

After I got the achivement I teleported out and found a whole shit of cops and shot me down :D I didn't even have time to shoot one fucker lolz

The best way to unlock all islands is keep on doin missions untill you get safehouse in boan then do both manny missions after that call malliorie and she will give u elizabeta then you will get playboy x who gives you second island then keep on doin mission untill you get packie then rob the bank then you have ulocked all islands

For those who don't know how to unlock all islands keep doing missions eventually u will unlock all of them with out u even knowing...Btw I think I have a better way with out going through all that trouble of shooting just hide in my apartment :D and kick back and watch Tv for 5 mins I haven't gotten that achivement but I will try my way later. thanks for the vid.

Easiest way to do this is before you've started the game, take a car to the subway station and drive to Alonquin on the train tracks. Once you're on the bridge, you'll immediately get 6 stars and all you have to do is hide out underground and they can't find you.

if u dont have that place you can also get a jet max and just ride in the water till u get 6 stars then just keep going

Trouble with that place is, the back door also opens and noose and other cops will spawn through the door and kill you. I've found Playboy X's safehouse lobby is the best place to use, just jar the door open with a bike and its smooth sailing.

this will most likely work in any place with just one opening, this is just an easy way for people who have beaten the game there are other ticks for people who havent unlocked the whole map yet like just flying in a helicopter over a restricted area for the whole time etc

this video helps a lot! i tried this style at the hotel where roman bought a suite, but i parked a car in front of the other door. it was a good tactic but the room was too big and cops came and hid in some corner and ambushed me when i reloaded my weapon

I found it easy to go to the roof of the Northwood safehouse ( which you unlock if you kill Playboy instead of Dwayne ) and then do the cheat. The police cant get to you, apart from the odd helicopter.

took me 19, so i got the liberty city minute real fast. plus if you do want this achievemnt but dont have all islands unlocked, just go to the locked island and w8 5 minutes, then you get the achievment

I got this achievement a different way. I just got a helicopter, went to an Island when I didn't unlock it yet, went to a high, flat-top building and stayed there for 15 min. Nobody shot at me. Your way is still good. I never would have thought of it.

Ya, thats a way that you can do it if you haven't unlocked all the islands. I didnt go for a lot of the achievements until i beat the game, so I had to improvise

I had gotten all of those guns through out the game as i played. I am not positive if those block any achievements either but, if they do im pretty sure a warning comes up once you enter the cheat.

that cheat blocks the Cleaned the Mean Streets, but it lets you get the trophy after u turn it off/load/come back from multiplayer

You dont have to escape the cops to get the achievement. It will unlock automatically once you hit the time limit then once you have it you can just die or attempt to escape, To get the walk free one i just went all the way down the runway at the airport to where the circle ended and waited it out
