@audioworkxlive It would great to work with you on this project Dan. As soon as I finish the welding I am making the new fiberglass dash board and door panels which is something that I'm sure you would be into! I already designed the new dash gauge cluster panel that I will cut on my cnc router. It will also have a complete wiring harness from an early GM with just the basics, mechanical gauges and a fuse sub panel for extra's like the hidden l.e.d. lighting and some edge lit plexiglass accents.
WOW! This project is really starting to come to life. I gotta say. I hate popping off all of those little tack welds. It is a royal pain in the ass. I have a question about your air hammer. It looked like it was a CH hammer but I didnt recognize the part that holds the chisel in. Mine is a spring that always loosens as I use it. Yours looked a lot better. Is it a after market part? Thanks for taking the time to post this project guys.
@spinesales Thank you! My air chisel is a CP 715 with the long barrel. It is by far the most powerful air chisel I've ever had (that's why I have 3 of them) The bit holder is an ATD-2052 quick connect like an air hose coupling and cost's right around $20.00 The bit will never come out unless you want it to... :D
Absolutely Lovin' this Hank, gonna follow every one.. (and who's that funny guy hangin about on your shop?)
