Swichblade 3 is super the price as well 1400 euro,for 12mq , i think you should try it before buy.there is nice kite good and ceaper,you are payng alls advertise that cabrinha are doing, this is no good for you.

i have an x-bow and tried the switchblade (2007) if it is the same. the switch is a good kite, with less bar pressure than the x-bow (no pulley). But it doesn't change a lot from an x-bow. a little bit more rotation but less power in the jumps (in my opinion)
I have an x-bow 09 and switchy 08. I total agree with niko. Awesome kites. the x-bow 09 is v different to x-bow 08 but similar to switchy 08. I would recommend the switchy to a beginner or waverider because it's such a forgiving kite when you ride underneath it. It just patiently floats back in the window and waits for you. Had some massive floaty air on my x-bow

yeah i've heard that the x-bow has better hang time too...
But i love my switchblade kites.. i have a 10m and an 8m and they cover me from about 12 knots to about 30 knots.
