I knew two people killed in this outrageous act of murder. CHL = concealed handgun law. I live in Arizona, and I hear a kid can carry here with a letter from their parent. Of course, I can't confirm that it's really true.. probably more of a statement about how easy it is to carry in Arizona. It doesn't make me feel any better about what happened to the community because of the act that took place that day. (having the laws that Texas passed because of Suzanne in the coming years..)

And to think there was a woman in that place that had a pistol in her car that would have stopped him, but it was against the law for her to have it in the place.

That was Suzanna Hupp. She testified at hearing into the massacre. She was also later elected to the Texas House of Representatives.

She was one of the driving forces in getting the "shall issue" concealed carry law passed.
