  • And does anderson manufacturing have a lifetime warranty on their AR rifles??

  • Do these ARs have a crome lined barrel or bolt carrier ??

  • i am not seeing their website what is it?

  • atdmachineshop-dot-com

  • Interesting, I'll have to read up on the RF85 coating. However, I will say I've heard similar claims from other specialized coating manufacturers and it sometimes is more marketing than truth. Not that I'm against the idea at all, who wouldn't want a firearm you never had to oil? Hopefully I can get my hands on one and see for myself. Keep cranking out the videos, always enjoy seeing a new review.

  • @wishbone1138 They (Better Than New is the company) say its derived from elemental Ca (calcium) metal. Seems to originally have been used in the racing industry on engines + gear boxes, and in the laser cutting tool industry. Now its being applied to firearms. Oak Ridge National Laboratory did the testing on the coating.

  • What's your favorite AR?

  • 50 Beowulf from Alexander Arms.

    Jeff

  • what kind of scope was that on the carbine towards the end of the video

  • That's a Trijicon Reflex sight. There are more pics & details in the referenced article.

  • Great video

  • "Comes complete with 2 magpul Clips" sigh.. even gun manufacturers can't use proper terminology.

  • How much

  • Are they gas or piston? Thanks again for the vids.

  • They are AR-15s. By definition, that means they are direct gas impingement operation. A piston system is not truly an AR-15, but is closer in operation to Stoner's AR-18 design.

  • i like the new intro, great flag also

  • Thank you, Sir. Boge designed that, and does a great job putting the videos together.

The flags are available at sevenbros-dot-com, product #fsh-m4.

    Jeff

  • whats the price on one of these anderson ar's?

  • Pricing info in in the text of the review on Gunblast.com

    Jeff

  • Time will tell on that "dry" buisiness. I look forward to your review. They could have brought you a south paw version to test with.

  • look forward to your review

  • Amazing song. deo Vindice! The South was right. Independence for the south is the only answer for liberty in our day!!!!

    Deo Vindice!!!!

  • Very cool! Do they come in other calibers?

  • @makun16 youre an idiot

  • @TW94full I was referring specifically to the manufacture. I wouldn't jump to conclusions if you were wise. Apparently you are not and are seriously lacking up there.

  • Right now, only 5.56x45mm, but can also shoot 223 Remington.

    Jeff

  • Ar's are pretty damn cool. But honestly, there not worth 1000+ dollars

  • @Gunfreak513 shush

  • To me they are. I have several ARs that cost more than $1000.

    Jeff

  • How is the rifle in dusty conditions?

  • @thegangvault2 not good.

  • @YOWHATTHEHELLUP71 I meant this rifle with the special metal coating, not the AR-15 in general.

  • @thegangvault2 about as good as ur mum in bed lolololololol

  • It is dusty in dusty conditions. However, dust does not stick to the dry weapon as it does to a weapon with oil on it. The dust falls right off.

    Jeff

  • "and comes with two clips" sounds like this guy has no idea about what he's talking about. Doesn't even know that it's a magazine and not a clip

  • @TW94full That's what I was thinking..

  • @TW94full sheesh some people grew up in the garand era and people didn't care so much whether you called it a clip or a magazine. We all know what he means and I'm sure he knows the difference.

  • @thegangvault2 olololololololloololoololololololloollloolololololololololololloolololol garand era lolololoolololololoololollololololollollool

  • Yep, he did say that, but lots of folks incorrectly refer to the magazine as a clip. I didn't see a need to slap him around for it.

    Jeff

  • Don't get your beard in the action gramps. lol

  • Lookee here, you young whipersnapper! If I wasn't so old and feeble, I would whip your butt for that 'gramps" comment!

    Jeff

  • @Gunblastdotcom lol. I'm 41.

  • Got a piston?

  • No. It does not need one.

    Jeff

  • I know they're great guns, but man, you're one hell of a shot to pull off groups like that.

  • Not me. I just pull the trigger. I use a good solid rest from Target Shooting, Inc and a quality scope like the Leupold shown on this rifle. With good ammo, it is easy to do.

    Jeff

  • shot dime sized groups at 100

  • i just bought my first AR its a m&p15 and i put a yankee hill suppresor on it i absolutly love it

  • @jtmoney606 Sounds awesome, happy shooting!!

  • Right on, "Everyone should know how to use Our Nation's Battle Rifle" ! Pro Patria doughboy

  • Certainly don't complain about having more options

  • Interesting rifle. One of the reasons I stick to piston / rod uppers is cause of the amount of gas block system jams I have personally witnessed. Either at military or civilan ranges. This material seems to help address that issue of feeding and the bolt. Will be interesting to see the long term durablity of the finish.

  • come and take it!!!!

  • nice gun

  • So how would this compare to a top tier AR, like say a LWRC,or LMT. or would this be more in the custom AR catagory?

  • The Anderson is as top-tier as you can get. It is a production gun, but has quality components, and the Gunblast models have a billet receiver. On the Counter Sniper, I would prefer a Timney or Alexander match trigger, but that is the only thing that I would change, and is just a matter of personal preference.
