@gamadude100 I hope this is a troll response. First of all, get the perk. Second, wait till someone is sleeping, then sneak up to them in crouch mode. It is recomended that you make sure you're 'hidden', though it isnt nesecarry to kill them. approach them to where the option to pickpocket appears, then select it. You will be given two options: pickpocket or murder. Done.

Cool. I didn't know about the pickpocket thing to get keys from someone. I've always been using a heavy gun against everyone and making too much noise just for some keys. I liked the Tenpenny Quest a lot though. If you let the Ghouls move in you get a cool mask to wear for the rest of the game.
