@ctsincebay Not so sure my man. Your typical production vehicle won't corner as fast as a well set up production bike. Bikes are much faster around highspeed corners and chicanes...cars are superior in the slower bits(Like Tight hairpins and chicanes) and S turns because of superior grip.
Now if you're talking about hyper performance vehicles...hell yeah they'll kill bikes in the turns(Fastest indycar lap @ BMP-1:11, Fastest AMA Pro bike-1:26) and on the straightline.

The car got T-boned, so its out. Got a new daily driver. so the motor and setup is going into another car for Racing needs only. Finally i'll be able to up the boost, and go Big or Go Home.

I have the same bike, same year but blue 2007 R6, ... i dont know if your top end is there but i do know that when im riding , even 'raceing' down the highway, i dont go pinning teh throttle wide open when zig zagging through grey hairs, crank truck drivers late off a schedual, zoned out teen chick txting and the fattys eating their frys changing lanes in a metal box is easyer then on a 300lbs bike....he opened up when you let off and after he made his way through the trafic.

Point being, if this guy is an amazing rider, he could pull off 10 second passes at over 130mph. This civic most certainly does not run 10's and is not near 130mph at 9psi around 350-400whp. Your 35r isn't even working in its efficiency rating yet at that low of boost. I think your buddy stayed beside you for fun, then was all out past 100mph.
@ntoxicatedtigah It's still not a high enough trap for a newer R6. Like I said before, at the 5 second mark that is what a bike does when you crack the throttle. He eased into it for you, it's quite obvious. Again, I don't doubt that you can start pulling on him past 120mph. The bike is a 600 with no top end like a 1000, but at the start he would have put some serious lengths on you. You can watch new R6's put car lengths on 600hp vettes at the start, and that's a car with torque.

@B16BBOB Ya this car does have a lot of potential. The newer bone stock 600cc bikes are 10 seconds from the factory. It just takes a skilled rider to get those times.

Up top and past 100mph I don't doubt what your car could do, but at the initial start off and at what I am assuming around 40-50mph start, that bike would have left you. You could see at the 5 second mark when he ACTUALLY gets on it, what the bike does. His initial start is weak. Up top I bet he was on it all out. It's a 600, they don't have top end.

i know a gsxr 600 only runs 11.70's stock( ive seen a few do 10's) a boosted gsr with 350hp should be able to run that with slicks. this race isnt that far fetched

The car got T-boned, so its out. Got a new daily driver. so the motor and setup is going into another car for Racing needs only. Finally i'll be able to up the boost, and go Big or Go Home.

pretty good pull though even though dude hit traffic and had to ease up to get through , too be there is pretty quick so props on your car, but your still missing out , 125hp on bike a fraction of a single house weight? lol its a blst and your just missing out because the R6 dosent just pull real hard , you can grag a knee and redline it at the same time, the can turn and primaraly what they are built for is track

I have the same bike, same year but blue 2007 R6, ... i dont know if your top end is there but i do know that when im riding , even 'raceing' down the highway, i dont go pinning teh throttle wide open when zig zagging through grey hairs, crank truck drivers late off a schedual, zoned out teen chick txting and the fattys eating their frys changing lanes in a metal box is easyer then on a 300lbs bike....he opened up when you let off and after he made his way through the trafic.

Point being, if this guy is an amazing rider, he could pull off 10 second passes at over 130mph. This civic most certainly does not run 10's and is not near 130mph at 9psi around 350-400whp. Your 35r isn't even working in its efficiency rating yet at that low of boost. I think your buddy stayed beside you for fun, then was all out past 100mph.

@ntoxicatedtigah It's still not a high enough trap for a newer R6. Like I said before, at the 5 second mark that is what a bike does when you crack the throttle. He eased into it for you, it's quite obvious. Again, I don't doubt that you can start pulling on him past 120mph. The bike is a 600 with no top end like a 1000, but at the start he would have put some serious lengths on you. You can watch new R6's put car lengths on 600hp vettes at the start, and that's a car with torque.

@LUDE4LIFE1 once turned up to at least 20psi this car should see a min of 550whp and will be capable of 10s with right suspension as to bike it takes some modding to get a 600 to run a 10 i highly doubt this one would break out of 11s.10 seconds is liter bike territory.

Not to say I think the video is fake, but what mph did this race start at? I will give your GT35r hatch around 350-400whp TOPS at 9psi. Up top and past 100mph I don't doubt what your car could do, but at the initial start off and at what I am assuming around 40-50mph start, that bike would have left you. You could see at the 5 second mark when he ACTUALLY gets on it, what the bike does. His initial start is weak. Up top I bet he was on it all out. It's a 600, they don't have top end.
