  • The amount of time he took to film this he could have stuck his hand in and checked the filter. He already had the panels off! It's only a leak, neither big nor serious but should have been done before you took it out as you already knew about it. Next time, get the tools out........not the camera..

  • HEY LE PERE ASSURE SA FULL PIS CRISS MOE SA dans lecor """

  • But that's a Yamaha... I thought those NEVER had any problems...

  • @munden25 depends on model moron..the all new Apex is the best period end of story..all reviews say its so..and i own 2 of em..lol..power steering, 4 stroke road bike engine..its top shelf..traction is the best in the bizz hands down...these phaszers i dunno much about,i never really like em my self..just the look told me TOY..

  • Ya just keep working your way up the motor until you find it.

  • I had the same problem last winter with my Phazer. I had a leaking oil pressure sensor. when I took it off it was cracked !!! Its the sensor just to the right of the oil filter. Its a bitch to get off but once i cHANGED IT IT WAS GOOD TO GO MAN !!!

  • If you tip a phazer on the side the oil drains from the oil tank via a bypass hose into the airbox. I too was worried when I saw all this oil dripping from the sled.

  • @burger thats not my problem. I wouldnt have made this video then

  • drain the oil, disconnect the tube out that comes from the bottom of the oil tank, pull the subframe iff and get a good look, leaking gasket?

  • @80h4thephaze could be but it seems to have stopped leaking

  • yaaaaa

  • I don't know why people diss other snowmobile makers every one has their own opinions.

  • it's possible that you could have hit somthing and make a small hole in your oil filter.

  • @nick14454 yea dunno yet

  • @yamaharules163

No way could you hit something that would put a hole in the filter. It's behind too much stuff to get damaged by anything. If you f'ed up the filter by hitting something, then you have bigger problems on your hands.

  • @yamaharules163 Was it the gasket for the crank case?

  • @huntingrules1231 i have no idea i have looked and see no abnormal oil on the engine

  • @yamaharules163 ok... well.... im probably thinking its a gasket for the crank case. it always improtant to make sure u have enough oil in four stroke engines or they WILL over heat. If i were u id take apart the crank case and see if the gasket between the crank case wall and the engine block is broken. Thats basically the only advice i can think of

  • @nick14454 No way. Oil filter is behind too much stuff. If you hit something hard enough to put a hole in a Phazer oil filter, then you have bigger problems.

  • polaris makes great sleds but their quads are garbage

  • buy a polaris

  • now you know why i ride polaris. atleast it didnt break down on you way out in the middle of the trail

  • @TheHondaAbuser true but it would just run low

  • Dont diss yamaha but ya ski doo is good too

  • dude, it's a yamaha no matter what your going to have problems buy ski doo
