ok to do that move

1st make sure your game has the latest patch (not sure which one has it, but get the newest one to be sure)

2nd double tap left or right so that your in a dash

3rd while you are still in the dash, press the subweapon 1 attack (the "A" buttoon by default)

4th enjoy the stylish moved you have just performed! XD
