i never use a hydrometer i dont care so much about alcohol%.i used to make strong wine but it seems to ruin the flavor if its too strong.anyway everyone wanted me to make my wine sweeter so i made strawberry daquiry wine(it really taste like a strawberry daiquiry)and it is a little to sweet anyway i can tone down the sweetness in this batch?
