@theduckthatswimson80, its impossible to go that fast in corn, the head would clog up. 10 mph with 24 row corn head is impossible on any combine. but i have seen guys go 6-7mph with a geringhoff 18 row rota-disc on lexion 770tt
@freddythestandard i got a friend who works for a guy with a deere instead, but same 20 inch rows, 24 row and they run two 1084 carts, and they have to keep one on it at all times.
@phil656565 around my area, when u can get over 200 bushel/acre they run 8-10 row corn heads on 450hp combines, and just drive faster, (10-15mph) u cant tell me that u can drive 10mph with 200buschel corn and taking 24 rows, i understand that a lexion has tons of power, but not that much
@theduckthatswimson80 way to discredit yourself, nobody runs 10-15 mph in corn, and if you are running that fast you wouldnt get anything in the feederhouse or the head would plug in a hurry, we run 4.5 mph in 200 bu/acre corn and thats with lexion 590's and 12 row heads (30 in spacing), and thats the fastest we have ever been able to pick
@phil656565 haha well around here the guys are crazy lol, i combine on our old gleaner l2, i can only run 4mph or something, but i've been in my neighbors combine (case 2388) and he runs that fast during corn. and i've also driven on the buggy for him and others so i believe i should have a fair view on the speeds, and yes i know the difference between mph and km/h and u prooved my point with 4.5mph with 12 rows, in our area the prefer to go faster with 8 rows on the same combine
@theduckthatswimson80 that just sounds really stupid to me, no offence to the farmers in your area, but that just sounds like alot of losses out of the head, pretty much everyone in my area runs 12 rows, theres a couple guys in my area that run 8 rows on older machines and a couple with 6 rows on really old machines, but for us 12 row is the way to go, nothing else can keep the machine full unless we were set up for 16 row and our planter doesnt match that
i am very much impressed where i can see live domonsration

Nul nul nul !
