@madisonfaith17 yeah they can walk. But what if your like at fair or hike, etc.. Some people are really active. Kids get tired, their legs are smaller and they may not be able to keep up at the end of the day. you may wish you could pick up an carry them on your shoulders or piggy back, but it's a strain on your arms. So this may work as a good solution think of it as a piggy back boost.lol . Would I personally use it? Probably not. it's all life style preference, and how active you are.
