Yes and no. On one ticket I was able to find edges that could be torn. On the other, not so much. The paper is like Yupo brand paper. I do not own a fishing license so I can't compare.
Ok so they can be torn lengthwise pretty good huh? Are they made out of that paper that like fishing licenses are often made of or is there some sort of plastic "filler"?
