There's no promise of that, and without government governing things to make things fair and equal for people they could get away with charging anything they want, causing you to have to go to other country to have certain operations done you couldn't afford here. How much would you have to save each month? How much would future bills and medical expenses cost longterm for medication and everything if programs to give support didn't exist to lighten payments? In the world, non-regular non-standard private donations are a precious gift of kindness, a good act, which by choice not everyone follows or lives by on a day to day basis. Tax cuts for special programs related to things such as alternative energy are also good, because people that normally couldn't afford more expensive equipment are able to afford more expensive equipment that often provides better results over the longterm. Especially for those wishing to eliminate bills like electrical.
