Once, i started to clutter the mind consciously during a real nice mediation session, and i felt my body being crushed into the ground, it was really frightening; but a good knowledge session. Why is it never enjoyable to eat a meal that you have cooked for others, but lovely to eat a meal cooked by someone else?
@unbrokenification Not all ego shells function off a vaccuum with respect to how to leverage them one way or another, but in your case or mine it's a pretty central facet to keep in mind.
@unbrokenification Well, I have more of a sense of you than I do most YouTubers, so I'll say it's probably best for someone of your nature (which is my ego neighborhood type nature as well), probably best to stop trying to see yourself and start FEELING yourself. That way you're bound here & there to catch sight of your ego shell, passing glimpses.
Accept as a working concept that your shell operates off a vaccuum.
@unbrokenification Well, the mental noise that a person chews over in a day is as much a habit as smoking is. It is a lot like smoking in fact. The same as smoking, anxiety can trigger the need for it; so can loneliness; so can a job that involves a lot of thinking; so can boredom. To improvise a relief valve from it is about experiencing the catharisis of one's immediate raw emotional need for it; ironically the very need that the thought patterns were originally developed to pacify & dull.
Yes, ignorance truly is bliss. KNOWING too is bliss. What lies between is pure Hell. I suppose the Lucifer of the common belief system would know best about Hell, but the Lucifer who refused to simply accept the word of God simply because it was the word of God, that Lucifer is blissful. Lilith too is vilified by man-made-God, but how does it matter? She has eaten from the Tree of Knowledge and lives Free from the knowledge of good and evil. Calling the FREE 'cursed' doesn't make them less FREE.
