I really love this episodes cuz like Danny we take our Mom`s for granted thinking their always going to be their for us ( and they are ). But this episode teaches you that dropping what your doing ( Facebook / texting etc ) and spending some time with our parents mean the world to them and we will always look back at those happy moments for the rest of our lives. You won`t remember someones post on facebook or even a text you get. Plus that Fruit loops really need cats xD

It's kind of nice that Danny's mom wants to stay connected to her son, but It's not a good idea to approach a teen the same way as a little boy. Not neglecting the fact that touching his mom while she wears that belt hurts him. Let's just say that growing up means that Danny is more independent, and that Maddie, has focused so much on other topics that she hardly knows her son anymore. And the growing up comment is the same as my parents, only I stay attached to mine.

That's because Hartman had originally planned to have Vlad be a vampire, but Nick thought it would be too "hardcore" for a children's cartoon, so they made him a halfa like Danny. They probably just kept certain aspects of his original design, and made some vampire references.
