that appears to be Raceway Park in Old Bridge, NJ i ran my bolt on 1.8t mkIV there 14.3 @ 96mph (w/3.94 R&P) your car is would be damn fast if you had no bog and a better launch time.
ran sds management, my 16v was a 1.8L fully rebuilt but only stock parts and i ran 2 aba metal gasket to lower the CR. to 8.87 (if i remember correctly)
this run was @ 10 psi only with a t3t4 57trim/stage 3 wheel/.48exhaust housing (internal wastegate)
-( the setup i had made 256 whp @ 12 psi from a t3t4 46trim/ .63 exhaust housing...with a very safe tune 11.7-11.9 @ WOT )
