  • Thanks Man!

Now I Know where the Hard drive is located!!

  • I know this is an old vid but thanks for showing how simple it is. I got to everything but could not seem to figure out on getting the CD-ROM out. Did not know it was same latch release. I rescued one from a PC Recycle bin this past Saturday due to my PC motherboard burning out during a brown out. No money for a replacement. Can you tell me a really good video card for this. I know it is an AGP 4x/8x Low Profile (SFF) but I would like your opinion. Maybe a nice 128mb card would be nice.

  • Man! could you show me how to replace the battery on this pc? mine seems to be dead already (time is not being saved) but I can't seem to find the battery anywhere!

  • its his graphic card integrated?

  • Can the HP D530SFF AGP Slot handle the

Powercolor ATI HD 4670 PCS AGP

  • @Tonaize the slot yes

the psu is too weak as its designed for smaller scale office applications, not gaming...

  • how to remove processor fan & heatsink?

  • Where is the agp slot ?

  • Found it and installed an FX5200.

  • These are great lil machines for how old they are. I bought one last week with Windoze XP on it... deleted it... put a Ubuntu based OS on it now it flies. This lil vid show me how easy it will be to a diff. cd-rom in it.

  • Mines ddr3

  • what kind of ram do these have i have one and want to get more ram and im not sure what kind to get cus ive looked for ddr ram and theres all kinds of different ones and im not sure if they will fit and also do these have an 8x agp slot

  • it use DDR 184pin ram, non-ecc. I believe each slot can handle up to 1GB of memory best to buy in pairs.

  • sweet thanks im lookin at getting a 1 gb ram card or two

  • If you want your d530 to fly even with a low amount of ram... try "Puppy Linux" on this thing... w/ Puppy this thing works at clickspeed!! (Puppy comes on a LiveCD so no changes to ur system).
