get super street fighter 2 turbo in a bargin bin for gba, for those who have ds lite, there are tons of street fighter for psp, or buy r4ds, download it for your laptop or download the ps1 emulater and bios for your laptop and play your ps1 street fighter or marvel vs capcom on your laptop or maybe bleem cast and play dreamcast street fighter on your laptop,

SF II plays great on DS. I just wish there was a Mame emulator for DS just like the NEOGeo one.

emulation isnt too bad for street fighter 2 on the ds.a bit glitchy on the sound and images, but whatever. i can still drop a #2 in the toilet and bust out hadoukens at the same time at work.

PSP's better. Most of the games work. [Snes9xTYL]. I used to have that. [M3DS] Traded it for a PSP.

psp also only has a handful of games that have been released so far even worth playing. also, ds emulation is still in its infancy- although the psp has an amazing amount of homebrew available for it, even though it has insane firmware issues.

I have 3.71 M33 custom firmware. It works just fine. I have every SNES game u can imagine, NES GENESIS GBA GB GBC roms too.
