Interesting, I take my b-12 tablet every day also. I have not had my levels checked yet. Now you have me wondering if I am taking too much.  Keep up the good work.

I know!!! I was surprised too!!! I tried to find my instruction sheet for taking my meds after surgery but of course I can't find it. LOL But....I am happy with my results. Have a great day.
