I grew up in southern Indiana and started listening to Bob & Tom when I was 12 or 13 (I'm now 35). I saw them play an exhibition b'ball game before a Harlem Globetrotters game at Market Square Arena in 1987! It was their crew against REO Speedwagon! I've been hooked ever since. Glad they're syndicated in so many cities now, but I really miss the old Indy jokes and references. I still play the old cassettes . Also, I'm getting tired of EVERY morning show dogging them... Jealous much you douches?

Aren't we sick of these "Theeeee rock'n'roll station" claims?? Give me a friggin' break!! Their announcer with the big, booming voice should tell it like it is and say : "Q95--running the same 95 songs into the ground for the last 30 years". That's about all they play!!! Man, talk about 100,000 watts wasted! Except of course when Bob&Tom are on.....love those guys....

These guys are Legends! Chick and Kristie as well. Its one of those shows you wish could last forever cuz when they're gone Morning radio is gonna suck. Its great having something that can make you laugh every single morning. It makes the work day a hell of alot easier from 6 to 10-ish. and this to add for beerbelly down there. the laughing is a staple on the show you #@&*. Thats what happens when something funny is said. I think Bob and Tom add all the laughing in so the audience knows when something is meant to be a joke. Since these guys are pathetic and unoriginal no one would know when to laugh without being told. I have never heard anything so unfunny as these 2 assclowns.

Bob & Tom are funny for about 2 minutes.What I can't stand about the show is when they are playing there "bits" like the music you hear there damn moronic laughing in the backround and it sometimes drowns out the bit when they laugh so damn loud.

Wrong, they broadcast from WFBQ radio on Fall Creek Road in Indianapolis, Indiana. they started there in 1977, & in the early 1990's inked a syndication contract with Clearchannel. tomarrow morning Chick will be at the Indiana state fair copeteing in a cow milking contest with local celebrities.

um i dont think so they are out of indy. been out of indy for decades. go to indy and you can listen to them for easily 5 hours every morning. why else is there commercials for them from indy and q95 since the mid 80's and actually known abou tthem since the 70's when my brother listened to them. i can guarantee you this cause once in indy bob was driving chic around I465 shaved his pub's and then was gonna try out his new penis enlarger he got. and that was in indy.

that would really suprise me - I've listened to those guys since 84-85 (not heavy for a few years) but I have not really heard that tone. Most of their stuff seems apolitical. Still, if you have some specific examples, I would appreciate it..

That's kinda funny because they were pretty big cheerleaders for the war and Dubya. that's why I stopped listening to them. I tuned in a few weeks ago and now they have changed their tune about GW.

Make no mistake Clear Channel is a big contributor to the GOPervs. In 2003 it was clear to me that B&T were selling out and that's when I stopped listening. They were great before syndication.

I've always thought they were either neutral or slightly toward the conservative side. They always make fun of tim bedore for being "left of Stalin". I dont think they are pro war, but they are incredibly respectful of, and contribute to soldiers overseas.

As for the Bob and Tom show on WPDS (I think at the time - before WXIN or Fox 59) - I had one of them on tape circa 1986 or 87 I'm guessing. It was Beach Blanket Bingo and they did kind of a Mystery Science Theater treatment of it...
