I read recent interviews with Bob Lutz saying that in the future the Corvette will be a direct-injection, stratified charge, twin stage turbo boosted 2 liter four cylinder capable of 800 hp. I read an interview on Motor Trend where the Dodge CEO said similar prospects regarding their cars. I guess car makers aren't going to be messing around with V8s anymore. So I guess I'll enjoy my 2010 Camaro now before the whole revamping takes over.

@Rampageotron Those are not Lambo doors. The doors on Lambos go straight up and down "Scissors Doors." The doors on this care are called "Butterfly Doors" they open up and outward.

@metaljar02 big and heavy?? since 1953 Corvette has revolutionized the concept of light cars. They were the first car to use a fully fiberglass body as opposed to steel. To this day, the entire body is fiberglass, very light. The only heavy thing is the motor.

As a fellow stingray lover, they integrated the stylish long hood to the fastback look, it appeals to my eye just as greatly as the original stingray has. The grill and headlights are the only thing that i disagree with, the front may look like a cadillac slightly. while the car overall from the backview doesn't give the slightest clue that its a stingray. This car needs some style manipulations to make it the car I love - the stingray...

it looks awsome, but is nothing more than a regular Z06 with a fancy suit on it, it has the same chassis and the same engine, the stingray will be slower than a regular corvette , with all those electric gizmos it only adds unnecessary weight to the car...
